Thiruvalluvar University admission to various PG and PhD programme is purely on merit basis. Selection process for PG courses are based on the reservation policy of the Government of Tamil Nadu and for PhD an entrance test (CET) is conducted by the University. Candidates who have passed UG examination other than Thiruvalluvar University, must apply for the eligibility certificate. As the certificate is mandatory for the admission procedure for the PG programme. 

Placements: About 70% of student are placed the minimum salary package at our college is 5 lPA and the maximum is 16 LPA  and 7 LPA is the avrage package of our college there are many dream comapanies come in our campus and many students placed and works in our dream company. Continental chemicals limited, computer sciences carpuration india Private Limited , bridgestone india private limited etc., are dream companies come in our campus .

In my opnion a hard worker student can make his bright future with us university .because there are every facilities are present, which are need of a student. Thiruvalluvar University is a public state university in the city of Vellore. University has following departments which offer serval courses. Department of Economics, Department of Zoology Department of chemistry.
