At the undergraduate level, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University provides a full-time degree in BTech. Students applying for DBT supported GAT-B MSc (Agriculture) Molecular Biology & Biotechnology programme need not appear for TNAU Common PG entrance examination led by the School of Post Graduate Studies, TNAU, Coimbatore.
In order to take admission in PhD course at TNAU the student requisite to clear ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF examination. However, the aspirants age should be at least than 20 years. No relaxation is allowable regarding the minimum age limit.
