The university releases the merit lists for candidates who qualify for the cutoff. As per cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing ranks ranged between 55.2 and 82 Percentile for courses offered at the University of Rajasthan. University of Rajasthan is a public/ government university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is one of the oldest universities in the state. It was set up in 1947 as the University of Rajasthan in 1956. Spread in approximately 705.0 acres on Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, also known as the central spine of Jaipur, the university has always accorded a high priority to games and sports. Uniraj has a modern sports complex, well-stocked library and well-equipped medical facilities to students. It is one of the renowned universities in India. 

Central University of Rajasthan admissions open with CUET-UG and CUET-PG registrations. The application process for CUET-UG begin in February and ends by March. The registrations for CUET-PG takes place between December and February. The admissions end with counselling. The registration for counselling begins in May. The admission end by August and students are called for the orientation programme.

Rajasthan University released the 2025 merit list for its affiliated colleges for admission to various UG & PG courses. For the General AI category students, the cutoff percentage was 61.6 and 90.4 for admission to B.Sc in Botany at University Maharaja College, University of Rajasthan and University Maharani College, University of Rajasthan, resepectively. So, candidates seeking admission must target higher cutoff percentage to get a seat at UNIRAJ.
