Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons.) - Batch of 2025

Best university for students.
Placements: There is an 85% placement guarantee provided to the students. The highest package was 8 LPA, which would increase in the future. The companies that were coming for placements were only sales-oriented companies, students from finance and other domains lacked this opportunity.
Infrastructure: They provide many technical and non-technical courses to the students. They have provided a well-infrastructured library and 5 canteens under the campus and provide online food delivery facilities. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls, and a 4 times mess facility is included in the hostel fee.
Faculty: Faculty members were well qualified. The course that I was opting for was a degree course, and as it had no industry-oriented objective, he was still allowed to visit IFCO for an industrial visit. There are 3 exams per semester: Mid 1, Mid 2, and End Term. If by chance any student is unable to give Mid 1 and Mid 2, they can take a makeup exam to make up their marks.

The worst college in Prayagraj.
Placements: They offer very low placements. The average package is between 3-6 LPA. It is a below-average college.
Infrastructure: They didn't provide any kind of Wi-Fi. During inspection everything was okay and after that, everything was worse. In summer AC never works. If they find that somewhere AC is working they cut the connection and most importantly during admissions, the exception area is chilled.
Faculty: They have 3rd-grade employees working for organizing especially the vice-chancellor. Initially, they treat students in a very genuine manner, but after one to two months, they treat them like students were their unpaid servants. They always blame students for minor things.
Other: There is no any campus life. You will feel like a jail.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Batch of 2025

Dissatisfied because of the placement opportunities, the infrastructure needs maintenance.
Placements: The placement opportunities at our college are average. While a few reputed companies do visit, the overall number of recruiters is limited. Salary packages range from 3 to 4 LPA. The students doing BCA received more opportunities in the same rather as the IT sector.
Infrastructure: The facilities are moderate, like the buildings might look good, but it's maintenance is rarely done. There are water leaks and cracks in the wall throughout the entire infrastructure. Poor garbage disposal. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel but rarely in the university. The hostel canteen is the worst. We find insects, chairs, etc. In the food that is neither healthy nor made with hygiene. I've seen big rats roaming around in the kitchen.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and approachable. The curriculum is standard and covers the fundamentals of the subjects. The topics taught by the teacher are very surface-level level and it would be better if they gave deeper insights about the topics they're teaching.
Other: Events are very boring and poorly organized. There's zero originality, and to top it all, any event, fest, or any activity is so rare over here that it's annoying. There's nothing related to sports or any extracurricular activities, and the ones they do host are only to fulfill the responsibility of conducting an event. In my three years of college life, only one fest was organized.

Faculty performance is subpar, with low placements. Institute is professional.
Placements: Our recent placements saw only 25% of students secure jobs, salaries ranging from 3 LPA to 7 LPA, averaging 4.3 LPA. Reliance hired 1 student. Most firms are start-ups. 90% of students got internships mostly at Kotak/HDFC Bank. Top role offered is BDE in Edtech (metro cities).
Infrastructure: Constant disruptions plagued the college experiencing frequent power cuts, dripping ACs, and pervasive Wi-Fi/cellular dead zones across much of the building. Food is merely average, and there are no college-promoted games. The library lacks proper air-conditioning, and college gate strictly closes at 9:05 PM, fostering a restrictive, school-like atmosphere.
Faculty: The teachers provided valuable assistance and support. However, the Head of Department and Deputy Head of the Department represented significant challenges. Their strict demeanor, coupled with a professional approach, led to reports being filled with the dean, yet no discernible action was ever taken.
Other: This university is incredibly stingy. They hinder student-led extracurriculars, even basic ones. Campus fest was a disaster, and our batch's "welcome" didn't happen until eight months after we started. It's truly disappointing.

United University is the best in the town.
Placements: We get mostly sales profile jobs after graduation from this college. This year only a bunch of students got job offers in the IT sector and they are also waiting for their offer letter till now. The major placements take place in sales profiles for various destinations.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is one of the best in the town. Infrastructure provides the required environment for the students to get the best of it through its libraries and auditoriums. There is a huge sports complex which is accessible to all the students whether they are day scholars or hostellers.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly well qualified and Ph.D. holders but somewhere they lack interactive teaching experience. They just take the help of PPTs and give notes without any proper explanation. Exams are held regularly and one can say that exams are not that hard and could be passed easily.

Bright future and bright education.
Placements: 95% of students got placed in my course. The highest average package was 18 LPA. The lowest average package was 4.5 LPA in my course. Top recruiting companies were HDFC, Reliance, and Airtel from my course. 96% of students got internships from my course at HDFC and Airtel. Top role offers as employers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was well and good. Facilities were so good and best. There was a well-stocked library. Computer lab and practical lab were available. Wi-Fi and canteen were also there. Campus environment was so good. Hostel facilities were available.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and guided us. They were very well-qualified and knowledgeable. They taught very well and tried to learn new things and clear all our doubts. Teachers were very friendly and their nature was so friendly. In my college, there was annual exam conducted. Faculty members were so good.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted a job.

The total tuition fee for the 5-year BBA LLB course at United University, Prayagraj, is INR 5.06 Lakhs . This figure includes all tuition fees and is the same as the total fee for the course. There are no additional fees mentioned for hostel or mess, so this is the total fee excluding those.
