Absolutely satisfied with college life.
Placements: 50%-60% approximately gpt placed. 1.2 LPA was the package offered. Top recruiters were Accenta Education and My Tuition App. 90%-80% of students who attended the interview with Accenta Education got placed. 10 to 12 students from my class attended the interview, and 7 students got placed after the interview. Communicative English trainer and Tutor were the roles offered.
Infrastructure: We had a library, classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a computer lab for preparing projects. Quality of food available in the canteen was clean. Good medical facilities were also available. Sports were a very essential part of our college, and it won multiple trophies and awards every year.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful. The teaching quality was good, and they provided PDFs, did PPT presentations, and cleared doubts. The course curriculum was relevant and made the students industry-ready. Exams were quite easy unless you reached the criticism and theory parts. There, you have to study thoroughly.
Other: I chose the course B.A. English, as I was good at English, and wanted to pursue LL.B. afterwards. A few more fans and lights should be added inside the classrooms. Also, lunch should be provided in the mess. I hope it's incorporated now. Our college conducted a lot of cultural programs in which students got multiple opportunities to showcase their talents.

Absolutely satisfied, everything is good.
Placements: At Vimala College, 75 students out of those who applied got placement. The highest and lowest packages started from Rs. 18,000. During the placement training. Lots of students got an immediate offer to join later. The top role offered is connected to teaching and finance.
Infrastructure: In the Vimala College, the infrastructure is so good. There is Wi-Fi available for students, clean and neat labs, and the library has almost all the books we need. The college hostel facilities are also good, the canteen is also clean, and the food provided is also good. We used to have a sick room for medical emergencies.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the professors is superb. It was very easy to grasp the knowledge. They used to give real-life examples, even though we students were enjoying the class, and the field trips made us more knowledgeable. The semester exams are made for the perfect difficulty that a student needs to grow.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn more about society, and this course really helped me to understand every aspect. The events in the college were superb, and we all enjoyed every moment.

Good college for average students.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi or labs for the History department. There was a big college library available. The condition of the hostel was not good. Only a few accommodations were available. But there were many outside hostels available for rent as PGs. The college hostel was small, and only a few students could accommodate there. A mess and canteen were available. The sports ground was sometimes not in good condition because of grass and creepers. An indoor stadium was available, but the work was still progressing. A tennis court was also available in the college. No boys' hostel was available in the college.
Faculty: Teachers were nice and well qualified. The teaching quality was also very good. But sometimes there was a delay in completing the portions. They kept portions for the last moment. This course was helpful for the future and higher studies. Semester exams were sometimes difficult but easy to crack.
Other: I liked History. Teachers did not put too much pressure on the students. Teachers wanted to complete the exam portions before the exams and needed to pay more attention to students. Scholarships were available. Some programs and events were celebrated. The surroundings were okay but not completely satisfactory. Classes were very nice. Teachers were also good. No internships were provided. Many PSC candidates graduated from this college. More students came and studied here. After completion, students got good jobs as part of their studies. The college was NAAC accredited with an A+ grade. Overall, it was a good college.

Average college for B.A. in History course.
Placements: There is virtually little placement. It is a government college that is entirely owned. Therefore, private corporations are not interested in it. Many students pursue their own careers without having a campus placement, which explains why the placement is a little low. A large number of alumni are employed by reputable companies.
Infrastructure: Although the infrastructure is good, upkeep is very slow because it is a government organization. However, the college’s genuine buildings and locations add to its allure and splendor. The college’s portico and stars are its primary features. Fantastic one.
Faculty: The professors and teachers at my college have extensive experience. And are very smart and talented individuals. Compared to other colleges, the teaching staff is the best. The college semester exam is mediocre and a little more difficult than I anticipated. Merely 33 out of 80 marks is the pass rate.

It is a satisfactory college with above-average infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Since the four-year B.A. English and Literature course is about learning about world literature, especially English literature, and one can expect no placements after the course. It is about improving themselves and requires self-ability to find one's own destiny. I assume that many seniors in my course are able to do that rather than direct placements. This degree offers various positions across many fields that require communication, problem-solving skills, and intellectual thinking, such as MBA, civil service, HR manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The college is satisfactory and well-established when it comes to Wi-Fi, library, and classrooms. A new library's inauguration has occurred recently. The new library includes over one lakh books. The college provides free Wi-Fi for students in particular places, like a seminar hall, a convention hall, a library, a canteen, etc. Within the compound, there is a women's hostel for female students who are from other districts. The food and the college canteen are satisfactory. It does not look like a premium hotel. There are no compromises in the quality and quantity of food. The college sports and physical education department is so supportive and well-established.
Faculty: When it comes to teachers and staff members, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is unique. Since the subject is about literature, it's not well-established for an industry-ready job. It surely enhances students' intellectual thinking, problem-solving skills, and English language handling skills. Semester exams are conducted by Calicut University, which is seen as both easy and hard. They are not too hard or vice versa. Some rare cases occur due to the mishandling of questions. However, the syllabus and exams are top.
Other: This college is absolutely worth it for a day scholar or students who love the life of Calicut. It is not recommended for those who come from a very long distance.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Good behaviour. Semester was nice because teacher completed their portion before exams and conducted exams, assignments, seminars and other extracurricular activities. Almost a good college for natives for degree and PG programmes.
