B.Sc. in Computer Science - Batch of 2027
Offered by Thakur College of Science and Commerce
3.6

Good experience due to college environment, average faculty, average infrastructure.
Placements: The college has a strong placement record, with a significant number of students securing jobs every year. About 60–80 percent of students get placements annually. The highest package is 7.5 LPA, and the median is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, and local firms. Around 60 percent of placements are in roles like business analyst and software developer.
Infrastructure: Okay infrastructure. Air-conditioned classrooms and labs are equipped with modern technology. Digital library with a vast collection of resources. Wi-Fi-enabled campus, presentation rooms, research and development center, auditorium, and seminar halls. Rating: 7/10.
Faculty: Good, somewhat average. Around 80 percent of Thakur College of Science and Commerce offers a vast number of courses, including both Science and Commerce. Science courses include B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Commerce courses include BMS, BMM, and M.Com.
Other: Relevant to my interest, removing unnecessary subjects, excellent.

B.E. in Computer Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by Datta Meghe College of Engineering

Review of Datta Meghe College of Engineering.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is 70-75 percent according to the 2024 placements. The average package is 4.5 LPA, and the highest package offered is 12 LPA in this college in the computer engineering branch and AIDS. Top recruiting companies for our course are Accenture, Mindspace, Capgemini, LTI, and TCS. Most of the students got internships at Wipro. Roles like data structure, DSA, and AI ML are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The campus is average. The infrastructure is not too good for first-year students. Wi-Fi is available with a good connection. Classrooms are big, so 70 students can sit comfortably. The library is too big with Wi-Fi connection, and books are well managed. The canteen is average because it is under construction. Medical facilities are available. Badminton club, cricket, and football clubs are also available. This college is not too focused on sports.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified with a PhD degree and a doctorate. Their teaching quality is the best. Teachers are supportive and clear our doubts. They help students become industry-ready. My Computer Engineering branch is relevant. This college is under Mumbai University, so semester exams are difficult. There is a 40 percent passing criteria for each subject, and unit exams are of 15 to 20 marks in each subject.
Other: I am interested in tech and computer languages, so I chose this course, and this course is the future. I can also study AI-related courses and DSA. I chose this college because it is near my hometown, and my cousin also studied at this college and got good marks and placement. The campus crowd is high. The campus is surrounded by good IT industries. Fests are average. Events organised are good in this college.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2028

I like this college because we meet new people and like faculty members.
Placements: In my opinion, there is no such placement thing here, and they are bad. It is like top students who are pursuing some courses will get placements. Our college provides placements, but I do not know the reality. Still, we hope to get placements.
Infrastructure: The college is good. It has good food facilities, and cleanliness is also maintained. There are so many games, events, and different departments. The food we get in the canteen is awesome, and students must try the food there. I always eat there with friends.
Faculty: Teachers explain to us well and up to date. They clear all our doubts. They are helpful. I like them because if we tell teachers about the problem, then they help us. There are so many things to get extracurricular points that boost our results.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2027

DTSS an unknown all rounder that matches the modern vibes.
Placements: About 20-30 percent got placed in that, but education and knowledge is absolute. The highest package is about 10-12 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Some of the companies are known and collaborative with the college. I can't say much about internships and else, but the college does offer free books, scholarships, and many other options. . If a person gives a letter about a job, they will be perfectly cooperative with that too.
Infrastructure: Classroom is good. The library is big, good looking, and has air conditioning inside. You can take books from there too. Basically, it is above average on studies and quality education. As per my previous knowledge, this college has a fun college life. Even for sports people, they have every sports option. I really enjoy this college. The timing is a bit adjusting because it's from 7-11 am, so we get the whole day to do anything else.
Faculty: Teachers are really polite and respectful. They are friendly and approachable, perfectly humble as some teachers should be. They provide quality education and have knowledge beyond studies too. Semester exams are based on what they have taught. Even if struggling, they will help you pass.
Other: I took Science in 11th and 12th as I had interest in management and marketing. Listening to my heart, I took this course last. They teach quality stuff and try to get us into business by announcing stall handling and selling at least once a month. Events are almost happening the whole year. But if someone wishes to study, they teach. Everything is good here.

B.A.M.S. at Ideal College of Ayurveda.
Placements: Placements are not assured, as it is a medical field. You have to search for yourself. An internship is provided in the college itself. You get the best experience of practical knowledge that you need most in every possible way. You find improvement in yourself.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. The canteen, mess, and gym make it a very nice campus in many ways. The canteen does not have many options, but you are okay with the options available. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel as well as in the college in some places. Improvement is visible.
Faculty: Faculty is helpful. You are heard here, and all your problems are solved. The staff, along with faculty is very cooperative in every possible way. The exams are fair enough to check your capability.
Other: Extra-curricular activities are very nicely celebrated.

Good to go to college, great placements, and the best in suburbs and good infrastructure.
Placements: In the B.Com course, 80 percent of our students got placed. The highest package is 25.5 LPA, the average is around 9 LPA, and the lowest package is between 6 LPA-7 LPA. 50 to 80 percent of B.Com students got internships in companies like Tech, Mahindra, Tata Consultancy, and Infosys. The top roles are managerial, analytical, human resources manager, etc.
Infrastructure: B.Com course with a range of facilities including a library, computer labs, air-conditioned classrooms, and a gymkhana with indoor and outdoor sports facilities like a gym, carrom, chess, table tennis, football, cricket, and volleyball. The college generally offers good facilities with a well-regarded hygiene canteen serving affordable food, good medical facilities that include first aid and health camps, and a wide range of sports and games like cricket, football, and badminton.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is amazing. The Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College B.Com course is considered to have a relevant curriculum and helps make students industry-ready due to its blend of theoretical and practical knowledge. Semester exams are generally considered moderate, though they can be challenging at times. The pass percentage for the exam is 40 percent.
