OR
Diploma (10+3) recognized by AICTE or equipment by any other Government body in any of the following branches of engineering.
1. Mechanical
2. Electronics
3. Electrical
4. Aeronautics
So from above, if you have diploma in anyone of above engineering branches than can be eligible for this course.

yes indeed. You have done your engineering graduation in data Science and hence computer Science is definitely or related subject. In addition the institutions abroad have a very liberal interpretation and policies that allow students to select whatever subjects they feel they are interested in for pursuing their post graduation. However these institutions do not base admissions exclusively on academics what there is a bouquet of different things that a student must possess to get admission. To help you in this I would recommend that you are approaching an agency that deals in sending students for post graduation abroad since they are normally aware of what is required by those institutions for getting admissions.
