This university has a very clean and green campus.
Placements: Most of my class is doing placements in chemical companies. I think the package is between 2-4 LPA. About 20% of students are doing internships. In Chemistry M.Sc., students are mainly getting offers from chemical companies and other institutions like junior colleges and colleges from guest professors.
Infrastructure: In the hostel, delicious food is provided, and the lodging facilities are very good. You can choose a single room or a double room depending on your budget because it's a private university. Wi-Fi is available for use, and the hostel offers complete freedom.
Faculty: All teachers and staff are qualified and competent, and they are very helpful. Whatever you need, like study materials, they will provide through Google Classroom. Semester exams can be a bit challenging if you are not regular in class; if your attendance falls below 75%, you will have to pay a fine.
Other: I'm interested in Chemistry. We have 70 students in the Chemistry department, but some students haven't cleared their backlog subjects. The university campus hosts around 6,000 students.

My honest review about my college.
Placements: Job opportunities for students were okay. Many companies visited the university to recruit students. Many students got good jobs in many companies and placement process was very much interesting to work. Every year many companies pay a visit in the placement of jobs for students and many students got selected.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided by the hostel were good. The campus of the hostel was very secure and safe. Accommodation in the hostel was based on a first come first served basis. There were separate hostels for both boys and girls. Hostel provided many facilities like free internet facility. The college had an environment of studies as well as extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college were good. They were very intelligent and experienced. The teaching skills were different and unique. Faculty members know the best way to teach students and the hardest topics the easiest way. All teachers were the best in their course. In my opinion, the faculty always look forward to the student's study and they treat every student equal in providing education. Course curriculum was fine. There was semester system and you had to give an internal exam in mid of the semester, and the internal exams marks were also added to the final semester. Semester examination was there in the department for M.Sc. students and also classes were held in the department. One had to submit the fee to the college and collect the admit card and mark sheet from there.

Review of University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya
Placements: Around 5-10% of students get placements every year in the placement drive. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Recruiting companies are Flipkart, HDFC Bank, and pharmaceutical companies. Around 2% of students get internships from my course. The top role offered is a researcher.
Infrastructure: The department has Wi-Fi and electricity facilities which are available 24/7. The lab has various instruments and reserved species. Our classrooms are well-equipped with modern teaching facilities. The central library has books for each department. The food is provided 3 times a day. They also provide snacks in the evening. There is a huge sports field and also a horse riding field.
Faculty: Most of the teachers in our department are doctorates. They are highly knowledgeable. They are helpful and cordial. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students ready to work in a research laboratory. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose this course because it is one of the best private institutes in our northeast area. It is situated in a very good ambiance. The fee should be a little less. Events, fests, etc., are held regularly.

My review of this college.
Placements: Only 4th and 5th semester students are eligible for placements but after having the eligibility fulfilled that is given by the companies and industries who are here for hiring students. One more thing is not only money matters but place and goodwill mainly surrounding is such a big deal so feel free to ask anything after the interview and have consistency if students want big giants goals to be fulfilled rather than study for 1 day. The highest package is 14.9 LPA. We can give our innovative ideas and work on that.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities provided by the hostel are good. The campus of the hostel is very secure and safe. Accommodation in the hostel is based on a first come first served basis. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The hostel provides many facilities like a free internet facility, 24-hour water supply, hot water facility, refrigerator, washing machines, dispensary, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college are good. They are very intelligent and experienced. The teaching skill is different and unique. Faculty members know the best way to teach students and the hardest topics in the easiest way. All teachers are the best in their course. The total duration of the course is 2 years in which there are 4 semesters. Each semester has 5 subjects for which there are 4 credits making the total credit for each semester 20. There are electives and practical work in the third and fourth semesters. The course curriculum is good. Faculty members are highly qualified and well-trained. The teaching methods are precisely achieved.

My honest review about my college.
Placements: Internship facility was provided by the university. The university was average in placements and job opportunities. Many companies like Big Bazaar, Vodafone, Airtel, Max Cement, BSNL, Pepsico, etc., come to our university every year for campus recruitment. They offered minimum salary package of 2.5 LPA, and maximum salary package of 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels were very good. Rooms were big enough with Wi-Fi facility. Food was hygienic and tasty.
Faculty: I chose this course to complete as I got a good scope in this field. Moreover, the teaching facility at the university had entertained me to stick to it. The teaching staffs were much qualified and educated. There was no doubt about the teaching program. The exams were to be held timely with proper procedure and before that, it was ensured that the syllabus was completed and clear. Some international figures were there as faculty members. Faculty members were doctorate and took a special interest in their particular specialisation and approach, and motivated the students. I chose this because its practical applications were feasible enough to be imagined in reality. Faculty student ratio was 1:5. According to me, it was fine but as the other batches after me took admission, they were huge in no, and it was hard for them. Every teacher was highly qualified in their field and as for teaching method, it was good on average, with some being more good than others.

Placements: Only 4 and 5th-semester students are eligible for placements but after having the eligibility fulfilled that is given by the companies and industries who are here to hire you. One more thing is not only money matters but place & goodwill mainly surrounding is such a big deal so feel free to ask anything after the interview and have consistency if you guys want Big Giant goals to be fulfilled then study for 1 day. The highest placement - 14.9 lakhs. There are many interesting internship opportunities available at the university I applied once and it was an amazing experience.
Infrastructure: The prime location of the college helps a student to find various accommodation options and one of these is the college hostel facility whose cost is 6,840 per student per year. In my opinion, the hostels are comfortable and safe. The learning was according to the rules and guidelines provided by UGC. The syllabus is very modern and we are given different labs as well as departmental and central library. We were also taken on industrial visits and for our practical, external comes from reputed universities of the region. Overall an all-around development for even a mediocre student.
Faculty: The college has very qualified and experienced teachers in the field of education. The teachers have always focused on teaching the student and they never miss the lecture. Workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and conferences are arranged by the teachers for the students so that students get a brief knowledge of the course and the world. The curriculum of this course revolves around all the major aspects of literature. The curriculum is wholesome and collected therefore, it provides a complete knowledge about the same. The examination structure too is well defined.
