Yes, Utkal University accepts CAT scores for admission to its MBA in Agri-Business Management. Candidates willing to get admission to this course can appear for CAT and submit their scores at the time of filling the application form. Apart from CAT, the university also considers scores of other entrance exams such as MAT, CMAT, XAT, ICAR-AIEEA PG, TISSNET and UMAT (in-house) entrance exams).

Utkal University offers 40 M.Tech seats at the university. As the university offers only M.Tech in Information Technology, candidates will only be able to get seats in that specialisation. For the Integrated course (BBA-MBA), candidates with a Class 12 or equivalent pass certificate in any stream of CHSE Odisha or equivalent with 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) can apply. Further, for the BBA Distance course, any students with a valid Class 12 or equivalent pass certificate are eligible to take admission. Yes, Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University offers MBA course. The duration of this course is of two years and it is offered in online or disatnce mode. Candidates must appear for an online test followed by a personal interview round to apply for admission in the course. Additionally, they must also fulfil the eligibility criteria before applying for admission in the course. 

Utkal University accepts Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) scores for admission to MBA (Financial Management) and MBA (Rural Management) courses.
