OJEE eligibility criteria are the requirements for appearing for the OJEE exam. OJEE scores are accepted in over 40 top B-schools in the country. The OJEE eligibility criteria are prescribed by the OJEE Cell, which is the OJEE exam conducting authority. The minimum requirement or eligibility criteria for appearing for OJEE 2025 is graduation.

The OJEE registration 2025 started on January 30, 2025. Before, filling out the OJEE 2025 application form, candidates should check the OJEE eligibility criteria to ensure whether they are eligible for the exam. Applicant's eligibility will be verified at the time of admission, and if anyone is found to be ineligible then they will not be offered admission. Candidates can also appear for other MBA entrance exams for colleges in Odisha, but they will get admission only to private universities and colleges if they do not fulfil the domicile criteria.

OJEE 2025 eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses

  1. BPharma - Applicants should have qualified Class 12 examination in science stream with a minimum aggregate score of 45 percent. There is no prescribed age limit for admission to BPharma programme.
  2. BHMS/BAMS - Applicants should have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology) with a minimum 50 percent aggregate in all three subjects taken together. The prescribed lower age limit is 17 years as of December 31, 2024. 

Note: OJEE exam is not conducted for admission to MBBSBDSBE/BTech. The applicants will be admitted based on NEET and JEE Main respectively.

OJEE 2025 eligibility criteria for postgraduate courses

  1. MBA - The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline or equivalent or bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy of four years duration with a minimum 50 per cent aggregate. Students in their final year are also eligible to apply. There is no prescribed age limit for MBA programmes.
  2. MTech - The applicants must have obtained a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate or above in their graduation from a relevant discipline. Students in the final year of the qualifying examination can also apply. No age limit is prescribed for admission to M.Tech programmes.
  3. MCA - Applicants should have completed their graduation of a minimum of three years duration in any discipline with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate and should have studied Mathematics at Class 12 or undergraduate level. Final-year students are also eligible to apply for MCA. There is no age bar for admission to MCA programmes.
  4. MArch - Applicants should have completed their bachelor's in Architecture with a minimum aggregate of 50 per cent to be eligible to apply for M.Arch. Candidates in the final year of the qualifying exam can also apply. No age limit is prescribed by the OJEE Cell for admission.
  5. MPharma - Students must have completed their graduation in Pharmacy with at least 50 per cent aggregate or more. No age bar is defined by the OJEE board for admission. Final year students can also apply.

OJEE and JEE syllabus is somewhat same and different in some places. The OJEE syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is different from JEE. In JEE, the physics syllabus includes topics such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, etc. These topics require knowledge of physics topics.

No, the OJEE application form is available in online mode only which can be filled on official website of OJEE. There is no provision of filling the application form offline. Candidates also need to make an online fee payment.

OJEE application process 2026 started on January 28, 2026. The application form for OJEE is available online and the candidates are required to pay the application fee online as well by March 27, 2026. 

Special OJEE registration will begin after the declaration of the OJEE result 2026.
