The CMAT 2026 exam date for admission to MBA/PGDM/MMS courses is Jan 25, 2026, and the result can be expected in Feb 2026.
The MAT 2026 Feb session registration is open. For PBT mode, the last date to register is Feb 23, 2026, and the test is scheduled for Mar 1, 2026. Further, for CBT mode, the registration closes on Mar 2, 2026, and the test will be held on Mar 8, 2026.

It is a very good college.

Placements: Many students get placed in my course, so I cannot say the exact number. The highest package offered, as per my knowledge, is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are HSBC, Amazon, Infosys, Citibank, Deloitte, KPMG, and EY. 60 percent of students get internships from my course. Roles like financial analyst, auditor, and global chartered accountant are offered.

Infrastructure: Network stability is too low. I give it 2 stars. Labs are clean and very peaceful. Classrooms are well-maintained and comfortable. The library has many collections of books, and we can take books from there according to our mindset. I do not stay in the hostel, so I do not know about it.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are qualified from the top colleges of India. Their knowledge level is very high. Teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Not only for India, but it is also open for a global career.

UIT, B.Tech course in specialization of AI and ML.

Placements: The total percentage of students placed from the college last year, 2024 was around 75%. The average package offered in B.Tech computer science course is around 5 LPA. Many recruiting companies come, specially for the students who have specialisation in AI and ML as this is a demanding branch that's why the starting package of these courses are way too high. Try to get up in more competitions, such as hackathons or any other coding challenges through which there are high chances to get placed.

Infrastructure: The college has given all the required facilities to the student, so that they don't have to go out of campus for getting something. The marketplace is also provided in college area. The medical facilities are also up to the mark in case of any emergency happens to students.

Faculty: The faculty members are very good in our college. They are highly qualified and easily approachable in case of any doubt. Also the faculty create doubt session beyond the class hours which are really helpful. The semester exam are not that difficult also important question are told by faculty members itself.

B.Tech course at Uttarachal University.

Placements: The college has many positive reviews regarding placements. The college provides a good balance between academics and extracurricular activities. It also focuses on group discussions. Many other sessions that helps during placements. Regular workshops are also conducted by guest faculty members.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is properly made with well-maintained classrooms having proper ventilation. The classroom size is around 80 students. Hostel facilities are decent, with rooms having furniture. There is proper security with an allotted warden for each hostel.

Faculty: Most professors in our college are very knowledgeable. They are easily approachable. You need not hesitate to ask them about any issues. They guide you during your academics. They also provide advice on your career choices after you complete your PG courses.

Good hostel & events, average academics, and placements.

Placements: The placement rate for B.Tech CSE at Uttaranchal University is not very high. Students are able to secure good placements only if they consistently focus on their studies and skill development throughout the four years of the course. Some of the well known companies that visit the campus for placements include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, HCL Technologies, IBM India, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Deloitte, which provide opportunities mainly for IT services and software roles. Students should note that getting placed in these companies largely depends on their performance, preparation, and the skills they develop during the four years of study.

Infrastructure: The hostel is value for money, and the food in the mess is quite good. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are well prepared, though dinner could be better. Canteen food is average. Wi-Fi is available 24/7, but in some areas, the connectivity is not very stable. Medical facilities are provided, and in the evening, students enjoy playing cricket and football on the ground. The only drawback of the hostel is that the warden tends to be too strict. All the academic buildings are equipped with well maintained laboratories, which are helpful for practical learning. Classrooms are decent but quite basic.

Faculty: Some teachers are very good and highly knowledgeable, while a few others, though knowledgeable, tend to show unnecessary attitude. Course curriculum is average and could be improved. Exams are not too difficult, as some teachers provide a lot of support, including question banks, which makes preparation easier for students.

Other: Events at the university are enjoyable, especially the annual Youva Fest, which is a three day cultural festival filled with fun and activities. Students participate with great enthusiasm, and its one of the most memorable experiences on campus.

UIT College, Dehradun for the course B.Teach.

Placements: I have enrolled in the course B.Teach in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialization in AI and ML. The reason for choosing this course is its high demand and high placement records. Many companies specially reach colleges for engineers with a specialization in AI and ML. The starting package for this course in this college is around 7LPA. You can also get internships very easily if you score good grades in your first year. In the college, it is compulsory to complete at least two major internships and one minor internship.

Infrastructure: I like the college campus very much as it is so huge, surrounded by so much land with all the facilities. There are many cafeterias or food courts in the college itself. There are many sports and game facilities in the college for the students who are very fond of sports. Other than this, the college also conducts many seminars or functions at least once in two weeks to gain engagement among students.

Faculty: I feel like the faculty members are very helpful from the starting years itself and want students to experience every aspect of learning through real-world scenarios. The faculty members help a lot regarding minor projects, whose topics are suggested by the faculty itself so that we can present them in front of the companies. Other than this, the faculty members also want to publish their own research papers to upgrade their resume.

Placements: I am currently a fresher at this college. But by talking to our seniors and being told by our faculty members, the placement record for this college is highly appreciable. The college claims 90% rate for placement which is a major big factor in approaching this college, being a private college. Among most of the colleges in Dehradun, Uttaranchal is considered among the best because of the affordable fee structure and the placement records.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is highly admirable and well-maintained with proper cleanliness and all the facilities required by the students. Most of the facilities are provided by the college in the tuition and hostel fees themselves. There are no additional charges for them. Other than this, there are sports facilities through which you can play lots of games in inter-college competitions.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable and highly qualified from good universities. They have great teaching experience over many years. Apart from this, the college faculty members take care of the course curriculum and maintain a proper decorum in class. In addition to this, there are strict rules and regulations regarding your attendance and seating in examinations.
