In this college, the infrastructure is good.

Placements: Currently I got placed in AMBER ENTERPRISE INDIA LIMITED as a GET. 90% of students got placed before their completion of the course. The highest package of our students is 9 lakh. And the lowest is 3.6 lakh. 70% of students got internship in TADANO CRAINS, MCPI, etc. I myself was an intern in MCPI.

Infrastructure: As I am in mechanical department, we have free wifi access and there are many different different kind of labs, like engineering drawing lab, fluid machinery lab, and metrology lab, There is one cafeteria, a bakery, and a food court within an 800-meter radius of playground.

Faculty: Faculties are very experienced in my department; they are very corporative; all the study material is provided by them in ERP; they also provide industry-based training; there are one midterm 3 assignment and semester exams. Exams are pretty hard to test your efforts.

Other: I chose the course in this college because of the department and infrastructure. Parking lots and on-campus transportation need improvement. There are 6 to 7 clubs, every club organizes a minimum of 4 to 5 events, every year there are 2 to 3 festivals, and there are sports.

It is the best college to start with.

Placements: Reputed firms visit colleges for hiring, such as Maruti, Tata, Ford, and several others, offering great packages. The Placement Team is very helpful, cooperative, and concerned about their students. Their aim is to place all students with great packages.

Infrastructure: The college boasts a good ambiance and a clean atmosphere. With a Wi-Fi campus, peaceful library, and all other facilities, labs and workshops are equipped with all the instruments. Everything is within the campus, including a stationary shop, daily needs shop, gym, and canteen.

Faculty: The provided course content is good, and the design of the course curriculum is according to the requirements of the industry. I love the course content; they design the course with industry experts, and content is added to our curriculum according to market demand.

Other: Overall, I recommend this as the best option.

I am satisfied with the infrastructure of this college.

Placements: Our college is best for studying any course. Many courses are available in the college that leads to a good deal of opportunities for the students. The placement cell of the college is quite good. Highest package offered is 30 LPA and above. The placement department is so supportive.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college so pretty and well-maintained. The buildings of department were also neat and clean. The hostel is clean as well as the food offered by the hostel mess is good. Wi-Fi facilities are also available in the hostel and as well as for the day scholars.

Faculty: Faculty of the college is nice. Teachers are so helpful. They help us to improve or do more progress in our skills. Exams pattern of the college is tough but teachers teach very well.

Review of Uttaranchal University.

Placements: Our university is great, but it lacked good placements for the maximum number of students. Many great companies were mentioned in the brochure, but least of them did join the job fair. University needs to put more effort into placements for each student.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is great. It looks like you are studying on a well architectural campus, and those vibes are just way above other lesser good campuses. It has proper labs. A Wi-Fi facility is available. Classrooms are not air-conditioned, so it is rated as 1 star.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. Some faculty members are above average, and some are below average. So I would rate the average for faculty members. Exposure of students with practicals was the least. Exams are average. The pattern of the exam is quite understandable.

Other: University fests organised are good.

If you want to have a better campus life in your life, I suggest you to join here.

Placements: Placements in Uttaranchal University are above average for at least mechanical engineering branch. Most of the students from the mechanical engineering didn't get placed. Sanmar for tech sales roles, Tech Mahindra (IT), etc., are some of the companies in which I attended placements. But overall, our college is average.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good at Uttaranchal University, and our college is very well-equipped with all the necessary mechanical department machinery. The computer lab is also huge and very well-equipped with the latest hardware and software. Our college has one huge canteen, Nescafe and cafeteria. There was a huge food area for all students other than the hostel mess.

Faculty: Most of the teachers were above average. However, some of them were very intelligent, with very good subject knowledge. Other teachers were very good at teaching and in making students understand and improving them according to their strengths. The course curriculum was very much updated, and it only lacks case studies and practical knowledge.

Other: I have chosen mechanical engineering since I was very much interested in physics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. The best thing about this course is that you are going to learn about things which have a lot of practical applications. I wish that our college should provide more practical knowledge in our course and should make students work more on live projects. One of the best things about Uttaranchal University is its annual cultural festival named Yuva, and I had a different experience.

Being private university with good facilities, rest every thing depends on students performance.

Placements: As it was our first batch as a deemed university after UGC approved. Placement in our batch was approximately 70% with highest package of 21 Lacs in Amazon. The average placement was about 3 Lacs in various companies like amazon, specrraforce, mahendra, asahi glass, etc. The companies offer post of an engineer, executive associate, assistant manger, etc.

Infrastructure: The university has the best infrastructure in Dehradun considering everything campus, hostel, canteen, auditorium, etc. It has fully Wi-Fi campus and hostel with hygienic environment and mess. It has one if the best library in India with almost every book in every field of the latest version. The university is also good in extra curricular activities like sports, quiz, medical facility 24*7 with ambulance.

Faculty: Teachers here are graduated from good universities with experience of industry in their respective field. The senior teachers are from top universities having minimum experience about 5 years in teaching. The environment of university is in discipline with strict rules and regulations. The courses here are relevant to industries as well as corporate sector as it had labs of almost every subjects.

Other: I choose this course as it is having best placement in this course considering past batches. But according to me in improving the quality of technology and topics this course will be better considering the competition of market. Both students and faculty member orgainze fest making one the best events in Dehradun. It has also some schlorship programme for the students inorder to maintain completion and confidence among students.

Its is an average college with low placement and good infrastructure.

Placements: Recruitment companies are Motherson, Mahindra & Mahindra. Nearly 6 or 7 students out of 180 students got placed. None of the students got internships from our course. There are no top roles offered in the course. The highest salary package offered was 2.7 LPA in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA.

Infrastructure: Labs are well-maintained and clean. All the lab technicians are highly qualified, supportive, fun-loving. They guide students in all possible way. The library of Uttaranchal University is one of the best in Dehardun. All the books are available. The hostel is average, canteen is good. They do not emphasise on sports and games.

Faculty: Some teachers in our college are well- qualified, knowledgeable, supportive, helpful. Some teachers possess good experience in the industry. They teach the students in a way that they will ready to work in the industry. Some teachers just come to classroom gives their lecture and finish their duty.

Review of Uttaranchal University.

Placements: Placements in our college are moderate. During our time, companies visited for campus recruitment, but they selected only a few students and offered a low salary package. The average salary package offered for the mechanical branch was 2-5 LPA. About 12-15 students from the batch got selected in different companies in which some are core mechanical. Companies like Ashai Glass, Sanmar, Tech Mahindra, etc., visited our campus for placements of mechanical students. The college has tie-ups with other colleges, so students go for pool campus placements. I got placement from the college in MNC with a salary package of 4.06 LPA.

Infrastructure: There is a huge central library which attracts the most. You will find almost every useful book here. The campus is lush green and huge. The college offers a very enticing environment. Classrooms are ventilated. There is a huge ground for sports activities. There is a huge canteen, and you will get there everything. Hostel facility is also available there. I stayed in hostels for two years, and I found it good and also it offers a good environment.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are experienced. Lab staff are very helpful. There are at least 2 faculty for the same subject, and they cover the syllabus in time. Uttaranchal Institute of Technology is known for the study and faculty. They are very helpful and friendly.

Other: Lots of events, fests, and many more activities are conducted here.
