I am satisfied with joining this university.
Placements: Around 20 to 40 percent of students get placed in my university from the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture course. The highest package offered ranges from 7-8 LPA. The average package offered ranges from4-5 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Top companies like IFFCO, Coromandel International, UPL Limited, Agronomists Seed Technologies, etc., hire students.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in my course are smart classrooms and a full Wi-Fi facility. We have labs and farms, which are very good. The quality of the mess food is a little bit concerning, but it is hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful with doubts and for career help. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult for students who study. It is difficult for students who do not study. They provide a presentation and video-style teaching, which is a mix of theory and practical knowledge.
Other: I have an interest in understanding farming techniques, crop production, and modern agricultural technologies, so I chose this course. The best thing is that it provides practical knowledge. Nothing should be improved as it is good. Events and fests organised in Uttranchal University are very good.

Campus is a vibe. It spreads over a vast area, and we would love it.
Placements: Around 4-5 companies conduct the campus drive. Companies like Deepak Fertilisers, Jubilant Foodworks Pvt. Ltd, and DE Heus are some great companies in this field. Packages are not so good, but good to start with them for the experience.
Infrastructure: Labs are not so upgraded. There are sufficient instruments to conduct the experiments. The library is top-notch. The cafe shop, restaurant, and printing facilities are all available on the campus, so we don't have to run outside. Buses are available for local students.
Faculty: Faculty members of the agriculture department are knowledgeable and helpful, which makes the college life more fruitful. Semester exams are not of a difficult level, and an average student can score the best. Course curriculum is relevant, but it depends on our way of adopting the knowledge from different sectors.
Other: I loved my college life. One thing I could improve is that they should include more practicals in the agriculture field. It is more of a practical course (I hate field days working under the sun). Last year, RAWE and AIA registration fees should be subtracted from our college fee, which is why they can't know when we didn't have to attend college last year. Fest is awesome. I attended the fest last year (Neha Kakkar came between, but I am also not a fan of hers. The fest vibe was a last.

It has good infrastructure with strict rules but a wholesome university experience.
Placements: There are average placements in the Agriculture department. Many students have to find themselves opportunities for placements. However, some good placements are provided by Patanjali, Zomato, etc. The package offered ranges from 6-7 LPA. Around 30-40% of students are likely to get internships.
Infrastructure: I could say the infrastructure related to academics side is pretty good and well-updated. It's just adequate to fulfill students' needs. The hostel is great and there are a lot of rules to follow for a good experience. The mess here doesn't live up to the expectations of the hostel and academic buildings.
Faculty: Many teachers are qualified and highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum is also updated and ICAR-certified. Exams are also quite tough and interesting. Many students barely pass semester exams but the ones who do hard work can achieve higher CGPA.
Other: The university life here is wholesome. There are certain rules to follow which might feel boring but they are for our own safety. Fests are superb, and some events organised are also well-managed.

Good infrastructure and not satisfied with placements.
Placements: In Uttaranchal University, courses B.Sc. (hons) agriculture department placement percent is very low, but in the government exam, this is good. We got internships from B.Sc. (hons) agriculture department. In our college, few companies come for placements in agriculture department.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Labs, classrooms, and library are very amazing. In Uttaranchal University, facilities available like mess and canteen food quality is good. Sports, games, and medical facilities are available in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members are good in this course. They teach you like a friend and they improve your knowledge about agriculture farming and many things. Semester exams are a little bit hard in this college. 50% is the pass percentage in this college and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because so many government exams you can crack when you do this course. College conducts everything like fests, events, scholarships, and everything.

Experience at Uttaranchal University.
Placements: There are more than 60 students in my batch and my course offers a variety of opportunities both in the private and government sector. Many students got placed from my course and some of my batchmates got selected by companies like Jubilant Foodworks Limited.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college is nicely done. There are classrooms with smart classes, working Wi-Fi all over the campus, labs for every subject, and libraries (personal and central). For the food, there are many cafeterias and restaurants inside the campus which have good and tasty food. Hostel food is okayish as compared to others. Medical facilities are available when needed. There are many tournaments for the games and sports where students can show their talent and play their favorite sport.
Faculty: Teachers in my course are well-educated and qualified in their fields where they have right knowledge about their particular subject. This course offers a vast scope for students' future as you can go for further studies or you can go for jobs in both private and government sector. Semester exams are divided into two parts internal and external where internals are easy and external are hard as compared to them.
Other: I chose this course as it provides a caste scope in many fields where you can have plenty of choices either you can go for further studies, can go for private jobs by placements, or can go for many government jobs. In my course, I think there should be less theoretical and more practical knowledge. There are plenty of events by many groups in college like cultural groups, literature groups, music groups, dance groups, etc. There are big fest also where you have a lot of fun. Crowd is fine and friendly.

The infrastructure of the college is mind-blowing and everything is available here.
Placements: 70% of students got placed. The highest is 8 LPA. The lowest is 2 LPA. The average is around 4-5 LPA. Chemical agriculture-based companies come for placements like fertilizer, SEED tools, chemicals, etc. Many students are selected on an average package.
Infrastructure: Projectors, labs, equipment, smart classrooms, and advanced tools are available. All machineries are available like tractors, tools, and agriculture tools. The university has a large area of agricultural field to provide good quality education and teachers are well-known and fully educated.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are well-knowledgeable. They have a good teaching experience. All teachers have a minimum of 4 to 3 years of experience in teaching line in other universities. They are educated in government colleges of agriculture.

Review of Uttaranchal University.
Placements: This college provides fewer placements in B.Sc. (hons.) agriculture, and the package is very low, at 2.5 lacs per annum. Also, fewer companies are visiting the campus to meet the requirements of students. Horticulture is the main subject that a student should take for future purposes.
Infrastructure: Our college is not that good in terms of the infrastructure of the classroom and campus. There is a projector in class but for show purposes, no digital or virtual class is present on this campus, and there is no Wi-Fi. One thing that is good about this college is the very nice library, which is full of books and journals .
Faculty: Some teachers are good but some are bad and show partiality between students in academic activities. The students are getting worse after taking this course, especially at this college. The semester exam is too easy because students can easily heat up, and sitting arrangements is also not well enough .
Other: I chose this course because I only want a degree so that I can prepare for government exams.

Uttaranchal University is good in terms of college life.
Placements: My college offers good placement for B.Sc. (Hons) agriculture courses, many of our seniors passed out and got good MNCs with a decent salary. Mentors are also guiding the students for placement and there is a placement cell that also helps the student to get good placement.
Infrastructure: If we talk about the infrastructure, the college has good infrastructure and a big library which is also known as the central library which has every type of book related to the course. And if we talk about the hostel the quality of food is decent and the hostel is fully Wi-Fi zone.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and well qualified they are very helpful in terms of supporting the students. The quality of teaching is good and the curriculum of the course is also good. This course makes the students industry-ready. The exams are tough and the passing percentage for the exam is 50%.
Other: My university conduct fest every year.
