Vardhman Mahaveer Open University was established in 1987 by the act of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. It is approved by UGC, DEB, AIU, and NCTE. Looking at the Cutoff list, the VMOU Cutoff 2024 to get admission into MSc in Chemistry was 77.03, for General Home State category candidates. Likewise, the OBC Home State category has the last-round score of 73.85 for admission to MSc in Chemistry. Therefore, it is difficult to get admission into VMOU at 70 percentile

MAT is conducted multiple times in a year. MAT 2024 exam dates were announced phase wise - February, May, August and December. Candidates were allowed to register for multiple mode and multiple attempts. The MAT exam dates 2024 are given below:

VMOU cutoff 2024 has been released for Home State categories. According to the 2024 Round 2 cutoff data, the most desired course is MSc in Chemistry with the highest score of 77.03 for the General Home State category. In my opinion, it is relatively easy for a candidate with medium profile of academics to enter VMOU.

VMOU Kota BSc course admission 2024 is entirely merit-based. Candidates who have passed the Class 12 or BAP/ BCP/ BSCP examination from any recognised University can get admission to the BSc programme.

Candidates who get admission to the BSc programme at VMOU Kota are required to submit the following documents to the University's admission authority as mentioned below:

• Passport-size photograph
• Signature
• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 12 marksheet
• Self-attested copies of eligibility documents (merged PDF format)
• Migration certificate

AIMA MAT releases the results phase wise. The exam is held in multiple sessions in February, May, September and December phases. So the results are released for all the sessions of a particular phase on the same day. The MAT February result of all sessions are released in March. The MAT May results are released in June and the MAT September result is released in October and MAT December results are released in January. Candidates who appear for the exam, can download their scorecard for their exam session from the AIMA MAT website. AIMA does not release cut offs for admission through MAT. It has no role in the MAT cut off determination. The participating institutes determine MAT cut offs on their own and as per their selection parameters and criteria.

The entrance exams accepted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University are MAT, CAT, and CMAT. Other accepted exams are VMOU MET, and others. Apply early as the seats are limited and the students applying are many.  The approach should be to prepare well in advance for any of the above-mentioned entrance exams for successful admission to various courses at VMOU Kotak.

The BSc programme at VMOU Kota is a three-year, full-time programme offered in four different specialisations as mentioned below:
