The official exam conducting body, West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB), prepares and sets the syllabus of JENPAS UG entrance exam. Candidates must present the following documents: Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, JENPAS UG Rank card, Class 10th admit card/birth certificate, Class 12th marksheet, and an Undertaking from the candidate as per the Proforma.

Candidates should have attained a minimum of 17 years to appear for the JENPAS UG exam. Thye must not be older than 35 years. The applicant must be 17 years of age as on 31.12.2026. The upper age limit for the BVSO programme is 40 years.

As per the guidelines issued by WBJEEB, a seat acceptance fee of INR 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) must be paid to download the allotment letter. If the candidate fails to pay the seat acceptance fee, the current allotment will be cancelled. The candidate will not be considered for further rounds as well.
