The admission to Woxsen University PhD programme is based on candidate's score in the qualifying exams. The specific eligibility & selection criteria of the PhD programme is given below:

Eligibility Criteria: Two years Master’s degree holder or PG Diploma in the relevant field approved by UGC/ AICTE or from foreign universities as recognised by AIU with a minimum of 55% aggregate (or its equivalent grade).

Selection criteria: UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ ICMR/ GATE/ WRET + online presentation and discussion

Note: Students with master’s degree from Distance or Online Education should obtain a degree approved by DEB of UGC.

First and foremost, applicants must meet the minimal requirements for admission to Woxsen University's three-year BBA (Hons) program. Applications for this course are open to students who completed Class 12 with a minimum cumulative grade of 55% from an accredited board. Applying for a BBA at Woxsen does not need enrollment in a particular stream. Every applicant must fulfill the minimal educational requirements. 

Woxsen University offers admission to three MBA courses namely MBA General, MBA Financial Services and MBA Business Analytics through NMAT scores. Stage 1: Qualify for the accepting entrance exam for PhD programme.

Stage 2: Submit entrance test score of UGC-NET (Incl. JRF)/ CSIR/ ICMR/ GATE cleared within the last two years or appear for the online Woxsen Research Entrance Test (WRET).

Stage 3: Submit your Research Proposal.

Stage 4: Present your Research Proposal followed by a Personal Interview with a Panel of Experts at the university campus.

Woxsen University in Hyderabad shortlists candidates for its BTech course based on candidates' performance in various entrance exams, including IIT JEE Main, VITEEE, Andhra Pradesh & TS-EAMCET, MHT CET, and CUET. The university also conducts its own exam called W-JEET. It is an online test lasting for two hours.

In order to get admission, candidates have to qualify for any one of the respective entrance exams. The university also conducts a psychometric test and personal interview rounds to evaluate a candidate's personality traits, behaviour, and attitude towards learning.

Woxsen University provides scholarships to meritorious students and also gives a range of scholarships waiver on the tuition fee to support students' education. All the students applying for admission are automatically considered for scholarships.

The scholarships are awarded based on the entrance test scores, with a maximum scholarship of up to 50% for UG and PG.
