The admission to Woxsen University PhD programme are based on candidate's score in the qualifying exam. The application process to Woxsen University is online. The admission process is as follows:

Stage 1: Qualify for the accepting entrance exam for PhD programme.

Stage 2: Submit entrance test score of UGC-NET (Incl. JRF)/ CSIR/ ICMR/ GATE cleared within the last two years or appear for the online Woxsen Research Entrance Test (WRET).

Stage 3: Submit your Research Proposal.

Stage 4: Present your Research Proposal followed by a Personal Interview with a Panel of Experts at the university campus.

Graduate Management Admission Council conducts the NMAT exam within a particular exam timeline. Every year, NMAT exam is usually scheduled to be conducted in the last quarter of a calendar year. The schedule of JEE Main 2026 application form has been announced on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA released the JEE Main application form 2026 on October 31, 2025. JEE Main 2026 session 2 application form will be released around last week of January and the last date to apply will be February last week. Woxsen University MBA cutoff 2026 has not been released yet. Until then, according to the Woxsen University MBA cut off 2024, the cutoff needed for admission to the MBA programme was 160. Hence, students with this cutoff score might have an chance at admission if they clear the eligiblity rules. 

Candidates who are willing to be admitted to BBA (Hons) at Woxsen University must fill an online application form by visiting the official website of the university. The stepwise application process for Woxsen University BBA (Hons) admission 2025 is mentioned below:

Step 1:

1. Visit the official website (woxsen.edu.in).
2. Click on ‘Apply Now’ on the Home page.
3. Register with basic details to generate login credentials.
4. Fill out the application form and pay the application fee of INR 2,000.
5. Upload all the documents.
6. Submit and print the application form.

Candidates wishing to take admission in MBA at Woxsen University should have passed graduation with at least 60% marks. So, with 65% marks you are eligible to apply for admission in MBA. Candidates must qualify entrance exam such as GMAT/ GRE/ NMAT/ XAT/ CAT/ WAT. It is followed by personal interview.

To get fee concession, students can apply for merit-based scholarships in Woxsen University. There are 25% seats are reserved in BTech courses for the students of the State of Telangana under domicile based reservation clause of the government.

First and foremost, applicants must meet the minimal requirements for admission to Woxsen University's three-year BBA (Hons) program. Applications for this course are open to students who completed Class 12 with a minimum cumulative grade of 55% from an accredited board. Applying for a BBA at Woxsen does not need enrollment in a particular stream. Every applicant must fulfill the minimal educational requirements.

The total tuition fees for BDes at Woxsen University is INR 13.45 lakh. The total fee for BDes can go upto INR 28.95 lakh. This total fee includes different components like hostel fees, one time payment, miscellaneous fees, etc. The total hostel fees is INR 12.6 lakh. One time payment is non refundable is INR 50,000. Other/Miscellaneous fees is INR 2.4 lakh.

Woxsen University in Hyderabad shortlists candidates for its BTech course based on candidates' performance in various entrance exams, including IIT JEE Main, VITEEE, Andhra Pradesh & TS-EAMCET, MHT CET, and CUET. The university also conducts its own exam called W-JEET. It is an online test lasting for two hours.

In order to get admission, candidates have to qualify for any one of the respective entrance exams. The university also conducts a psychometric test and personal interview rounds to evaluate a candidate's personality traits, behaviour, and attitude towards learning.
