The VITMEE English section will have questions from following topics -

Grammar - Subject-Verb Agreement, Tense Forms, Voices, Articles and Preposition, Use of Conjunctions, Writing Technical Instructions, Writing Memos and Writing Minutes, Transcoding, Preparing Questionnaire, Proof Reading, General Vocabulary (words often confused).

Candidates can check their VITMEE result following steps below -

  • Go to official website -
  • Select result link and enter required credentials- registration number and password
  • Check score and guideline to follow for next process
  • Check qualifying status and download scorecard

VITMEE scorecard is valid for one year only. Candidates who qualify will be able to participate in counselling.

The Vellore Institute of Technology will release the VITMEE hall ticket on its official website. The expected release date is third week of April 2026. The dates will be announced on the website and in the VITMEE 2026 information brochure.

Yes, the VITMEE 2025 hall tickets have already been released. They were made available around April 18, 2025, as the exams were conducted on April 20 and April 24, 2025. You can download your admit card from the official VITMEE website (vit.ac.in). Look for a direct link to download the admit card, then enter your application number and date of birth or password to log in. In some cases, VIT also sent the admit cards to registered email IDs due to download issues.

For the VIT-AP M.Tech course, candidates must apply for the Vellore Institute of VITMEE 2025 exam. VITMEE is a computer-based test conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology to offer admission to postgraduate engineering. Vellore Institute of Technology mentions the VITMEE 2025 exam pattern on the official website. The VITMEE exam will have 100 questions from the core subject and the English language. The exam will be conducted in online computer-based mode. The VITMEE 2025 exam will be conducted for three hours.

As for the Integrated M.Tech course, candidates must apply directly on the official website of VIT Andhr

Candidates with a B.E/BTech/BArch/BDes/MCA/MSc degree or equivalent in the relevant field can apply for the VITMEE exam. In addition, the applicants need to have a minimum qualifying percentage of 60 in the specified programme. In addition, final-year students can also apply for the VITMEE 2026 application form.
