What should I do to secure admission in top IIMs with proper preparation without any work experience?

I gave my CAT in 2016 and scored 65 percentile without any decent preparation. I am planning to write CAT'17 but my Quant is so terrible since I am a non-maths student. I am a final year student of B.Com from Delhi University & have an aggregate percentage of 65% for 5 semesters.

You can join a coaching institute. There are various institutes out there. Mock exams will help you assess yourself against others. Apart from that, focus on clarity.
