CMA 2025 Exam Centres: The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) conducts the CMA exam for CMA course in test centres located across India and three international cities. Candidates had to select the cities for CMA test centres while filling up the CMA exam application form. Candidates cannot change the CMA exam centre once they submit the exam form. However, change in the centre preference may be allowed if ICMAI hosts a form correction window.

CMA Overseas Test Centre
Candidates can also select test centres outside India for taking the CMA 2025 examinations. Check below the test centres for CMA 2025 examination outside India:

There are only three test cities available for abroad locations as of now. Candidates opting for CMA overseas test centres need to apply in offline mode by sending the printout of filled in the application form of the CMA course along with the requisite application fee in the form of Demand Draft.
Commonly asked questions
No, CMA exam is conducted at test centres only. Candidates have to choose prefered test centre while filling the CMA exam form.
Candidates are allowed to fill the CMA exam form. While filling the exam form, candidates need to choose desired exam city under the ICMAI regional chapter. ICMAI will try and allot a test centre in the city selected by the candidate. ICMAI may allot a the nearest test city if any exam centre does not have enough test takers.
Choosing CMA Exam City Preference
While filling the CMA exam form, candidates have to select their CMA test city preferences. ICMAI has CMA test cities in India as well as abroad. The exam form fee varies based on the overseas or inland city preference. ICMAI can also allot a different test city than the preference. Therefore, candidates must plan their exam day journey only when the CMA hall ticket is out.

Guidelines For CMA Test Centres
Candidates have to reach CMA exam centre before time to avoid last minute-rush They should carry CMA admit card and other prescribed photo identity cards for verification purpose. They must abide by all rules and regulations as stated by exam authorities. Test-takers must not carry any personal or electronic items like mobile phones, calculators, notebooks, books, etc. inside the exam hall. No documents apart from CMA admit card, photo ID cards and other permissible items is allowed inside the exam centre.

CA is usually considered tougher than CMA if we consider the volume of syllabus and study. Also, the pass rate for CA exam is lower than that for CMA exam.

To clear CMA Foundation, Inter or Final exam in first attempt, candidates must strengthen their basics, cover syllabus, practice as much as possible, stay away from distraction, attempt full-length mock tests, use smart revision techniques and evaluate their progess weekly or monthly.

CMA exam is usually considered difficult to crack in one attempt. However, if a candidate is diligent with his/her preparation and practices mock exams, past papers and sample papers thoroughly before exam, their chances of passing the exam increases.

Candidates have to pay INR 25,000 as CMA Final course registration fee. ICMAI allows candidates to pay this amount in two installments as follows:
- 1st Installement: INR 15,000 (at the time of registration)
- 2nd Installment: INR 10,000 (before January 31 and July 31 for June and December term exams)

CMA June admit card will be releases around 10 days before the exam dates. ICAMI does not release the schedule for download of admit card. Therefore, candidates can stay tuned to Shiksha's CMA admit card page to get all updates.
