January 18, 2020: School of Humanities and Social Sciences and School of Interior Design of Jain University together organised an art festival in collaboration with Art For Change Foundation. The event ArtForChange 2020 on was held on January 18 with the main purpose to give local artists a platform while raising funds for NGOs such as Paws for Second and Uddhyam. The event was comprised of five segments, including Bazaar, Open-mic-Awaaz, Short-film Festival- Vitascope

University Celebrates the Art Festival-ArtForChange 2020

January 18, 2020: School of Humanities and Social Sciences and School of Interior Design of Jain University together organised an art festival in collaboration with Art For Change Foundation. The event ArtForChange 2020 on was held on January 18 with the main purpose to give local artists a platform while raising funds for NGOs such as Paws for Second and Uddhyam. The event was comprised of five segments, including Bazaar, Open-mic-Awaaz, Short-film Festival- Vitascope, Workshops and Stage Performances- Proshow. It was also open for local public and a lot of people actively participated in different activities such as songs, instruments, stand-up comedy and beat-boxing.

Session on Future of Learning Industry 4.0 Conducted

January 11, 2020: In his keynote speech, Founder Jain University Dr Chenraj Roychand talked about the Future of Learning Industry 4.0. The session was witnessed by students, counselors, teachers, high networking individuals, government officials and Vice Chancellors of renowned universities. It was in context to industrial mordenisation and Dr Roychand assured that the industry can expect better-prepared workforce where the students will have better employability and better preparation for the future.

To impart quality education and global exposure to students, Jain University has also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Daffodil International University, Dhaka. This will include students and faculty exchange programmes and also will broaden the academic approach and research methodologies.

If you're comparing honestly, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is the stronger pick over Jain University for M.Tech — especially for something like environmental engineering.

Thapar has:

  • Better academic reputation + faculty + labs

  • Stronger industry exposure and peer group

  • More credibility

School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore offers BSc, MSc and PhD in different specialisation of Science. Candidates must fulfil course-specific eligibility before applying to any course at School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore.

School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore does not offer direct admission. Candidates need to appear for JET conducted by Jain-deemed-to-be University. JET is an online exam. Shortlisted candidates will further need to pass the personal interview round.

Candidates wishing to take admission in BSc at School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore should have passed Class 12 in Science. The college does not have a minimum marks criteria. So, with 60% marks in Class 12, you are eligible to apply for admission.
