Not the best, but an amazing college.
Placements: For 1 year, you have to work here, and you get placements in Mumbai hospital easily, but not unnecessarily always. There is a one-year compulsory bond for working. Interns get only Rs. 18,000 or less, which is much less than at other state government medical colleges.
Infrastructure: Hostels and infrastructure are too old. There are no proper washrooms in academic buildings. But classes will be conducted in new AC halls from next year. Wi-Fi is not available. Labs have too old equipment. Many sports fests are organised, especially Kurukshetra.
Faculty: Faculty are very qualified and helpful. But also very strict, especially the physiology department. They do teach according to the curriculum. Teachers don't matter, you have to study on your own. Semester exams are not that difficult, but many students fail.
Other: The campus is the biggest in terms of all medical colleges in Mumbai.

Government Medical College, Nagpur insights.
Placements: I am in the 2024 batch in MBBS. Our college has a 4.5-year course and 1 year of internship where we get a stipend of around Rs. 20,000. During this internship, we get to learn new things and then after MBBS you can give PG and then get paid there in MD.
Infrastructure: The hostel fee is Rs. 4400 per year for everyone, and it is a very small fee. Wi-Fi is not working currently but in the library, there is Wi-Fi. The library is good with AC working in it. The classrooms have just been renovated with AC and better benches to sit. The canteen and mess are available in the hostel only.
Faculty: Teachers have at least 20 years of experience. Here, professors are government professors who are very smart and experienced. They have so much knowledge. To pass this exam, you have to give it at the end-year university test, with a 50 percent passing criteria.
Other: I am from the 2024 batch, and I will graduate in 2029. I have done an internship and a degree too.

It is a good college for the students who live near the Nashik and Chandwad area.
Placements: Around 50 to 70% of students were placed the previous year through the specific branch. Most students got placement through the college campus with the support of the teachers, faculty, and active placement cell. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, and Infosys are top recruiters of SNJB college.
Infrastructure: Talking about the facilities and infrastructure, the college has good facilities such as a hygienic canteen, a resourceful central library, an open amphitheater, a well-maintained auditorium, and a strong security system. Basic medical support is also available for the students on campus.
Faculty: All the teachers are friendly with the students and well qualified, having graduated from well-known universities in Maharashtra. Ph.D. completed teachers are also present. The teaching quality is appreciated. As an autonomous institute, the course is made very relevant and simple to understand for students. Semester exams are held under strict surveillance.
Other: I have chosen the Aids branch because we are surrounded by AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others. The whole world is attracted to that, which will bring a lot of future opportunities for the students who are pursuing Aids. Cultural fests, traditional day, sports day, etc., are celebrated every year, and scholarships are also provided to students. Extracurricular activities such as a language club and yoga club are available.

The college is good and India’s best doctors are from GDC Mumbai.
Placements: There are 125 students in the batch. We can open a clinic or join a hospital. There is one year of compulsory internship in the college, and we see patients in it. We become dentists and see patients related to oral problems and head and neck related patients.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very small, but the number of patients is more. Wi-Fi is not there in the hostel. The hostel is very cheap because it is government. Mess food is decent, and there is only a volleyball court as it is near CSMT. The famous game in our college is cricket.
Faculty: Professors are helpful but they are very strict. The course is relevant as we treat patients and get practical knowledge. The semester exams are very difficult, and the passing percentage is 50. There are 19 subjects in the BDS course and the syllabus is more.
Other: We get to help and treat patients. The 2nd year is very hectic. We do get the scholarship.

The college is really good and best for all kinds of things.
Placements: More than 75 percent of students are placed by my college. The highest package is 5 to 6 LPA, the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, average package is 3.5 LPA. Top companies also come to college. There are above 80 percent internships. Some extra activities are conducted in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college is the best because all kinds of facilities are available on our campus. The lectures are conducted regularly. Wi-Fi, labs, and the library are also best for students. In our mess and canteen, average or good quality of food is available, medical facilities, sports, NSS, yoga, and all types of tournament available.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and talented to provide a large quantity of knowledge or quality of knowledge to students. This college also visit to industries. The semester exam result is also more or average. Students get to 9.7, and more students get 8.5.
Other: All is best here.

Everything about my college is average, but after 3-4 years, it will get better like a campus.
Placements: Only 200 seats are available in the MBBS course out of the 25 percent of students who appear for the NEET examination. The stipend offered is Rs. 15,000 per month for internships after 4 years of MBBS. Almost all students get internships in my college. MBBS and B.Sc nursing are the courses offered in my college. MD is also offered here.
Infrastructure: Construction is ongoing, and it is hard to rate now. The campus will be good after its completion. The campus is not too big, and it spans over 40 acres. All hostels are new, like boys' hostel, girls' hostel, and the new residential hostel. Classrooms are new, and the hospital is also new. But for now, it is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and perfectly qualified for their jobs. Teaching quality is just good if we compare it with other colleges. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are difficult, and exam papers get checked strictly. The pass percentage is 50 percent out of 100.
Other: Many events take place here.

Really good infrastructure and teaching.
Placements: Placement through college is less but due to high patient flow students can acquire good skills. Dentistry is about clinical practice. The average package can vary. As a student we get paid less but after post-graduation the pay increases so it can vary from Rs. 15000 as an intern to lakhs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good in MIDSR. We have different departments with labs for each. The campus is big. Indoor and outdoor sports activities are conducted. College hostels are good but the food is not that great. College hostels come with a gym.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and knowledgeable. The curriculum is excellent. Subjects like pre-prostho and pre-cons are introduced in 1st year itself for better exposure. Orthodontics is introduced in the 2nd year. The exams are conducted in 3 internal formats and prelims.
Other: This course allows me freedom of time and value for money. BDS is a business and skill-based course. My course could improve by making people aware that their dental issues are a major issue in dentistry due to the saturation of doctors with unaware patients. There are many events and Conferences. An annual sports event is conducted named Vishwamaidan.

Great, can be considered in good colleges with low fees compared to others.
Placements: Most of the students are eligible for government medical seats as medical officers in rural areas, and a few go for the NEET PG exam to secure an MD in various branches. MBBS is the most expensive course, and medical officers generally earn up to 80k per month, and after PG, more can be learnt.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are good, college is old, so not that shiny infrastructure and Wi-Fi facility for hostel is not available, and quality of food at the mess is decent, and games like volleyball, cricket, and football are played regularly. Recently, they built turf for us.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and are experienced, teaching quality is great. Semesters are slightly difficult, and the pass percentage is 40 percentage for theory and 60 percentage for practical viva exams. College is good in terms of academic curricular activities.
Other: Fees are lower, and events are also held.
