Yes, after the declaration of the Maharashtra NEET counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats based on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded.
DTE Maharashtra will release the seat matrix for Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 counselling before each round. For the Stray Round of MBBS and BDS counselling, the seat matrix was released on November 11, 2025.
