A: We have adopted one of the most innovative methodologies to improve the training process. We ensure the all-around development of students. To achieve this, our focus is more on practical training. Our curriculum consists of theoretical lessons, fieldwork, daily assignments, case studies, video clips, live projects, role-plays, B-quizzes, E-quizzes, and group discussions. Our practical approach makes us different. Our interactive method of teaching is highly appreciated by industry experts because it suits modern requirements. As faculty, we always look to add more value to these innovative methodologies.
Q: How are you preparing your students to be industry-ready?
A: We create enough opportunities for our students to directly connect with industry experts. We regularly organise virtual and physical events, workshops, and meet-ups where students get to interact and share their ideas. Industry experts give their valuable inputs which sharpen the minds of our students. This knowledge-transfer system is yielding great results.
Q: How do you ensure that your course curriculum is up-to-date and meets industry requirements?
A: A timely revision of the course curriculum is part of our system. We closely watch industry trends and requirements and incorporate essential changes. It allows our students to update their skills and knowledge to meet the industry's requirements. A continuous revision of skills sets and subjects always brings a breakthrough path for their career development.
Q: Is your college receptive to innovation, technology, science, and entrepreneurship? How? Could you cite some examples of these?
A: Yes, for sure. We have built a strong mechanism to support innovation, technological advancements, scientific developments, and entrepreneurial setups. We bring eminent personalities from various business industries to our college at regular intervals. They also become part of our labs and workshops, where students get an opportunity to grow under their guidance and mentorship. This initiative resulted in a number of unique startups and ideas.
