Right place for a bright career.

Placements: According to College Deep, the placement of students is one hundred percent, but according to me, only 16% of students got placed in good company. The highest package is 46 Lacs. Whereas the average package is 3 to 4 Lacs in the course. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, HCL, and Sectra, and there was fewer opportunities for internships.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is there, labs are there, classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and there is a library. The canteen is also good. The food in the hostel is average, and the facilities are good. Various sports and games are held regularly.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is good. Yes, this course is very relevant, and it makes us industry-ready. The level of exams is average. Almost 70 to 80 percent of students pass, and in exams, the questions are based on what they teach in our classes.

A college with good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Almost 90% of students get placements. The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Wipro, TCS, and many more. There are several roles offered as per companies' requirements and students skills. Training and internships are also provided.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our college like Wi-Fi, all kinds of labs, E-classrooms, a library with wide collections of books, a seminar hall, an auditorium, a canteen, and many more. The hostel has great infrastructure and provides healthy food. Many tournaments are held in the hostel.

Faculty: We have well-qualified faculty members who have great experience. Their teaching methods are very good. The semester is not tough if students follow teachers' guidelines and attend all classes. The course is relevant for further and makes students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course because it has a potential in future. Every new day in our college is with new learning. As of now, countless events and fests are held here. Academic, cultural, social, and entrepreneurial events are held in our college. Different communities are here which organise all events.

Encouraging in extracurricular.

Placements: As it is a Tier 3 college , placements here are not that great, but yeah, there are students who even cracked the placements for companies like Microsoft, Wipro, Amazon and many more reputed companies. The highest package goes here at 28 LPA, the average is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The labs , library, classrooms and other infrastructure are still in good but the campus is not that much big . So the college's infrastructure is good , but in the case of hostels , mess can be a problem but not at all, as the food provided is edible as compared to other hostels or PGs around the area.

Faculty: If we talk about the faculties here , they are so supportive when it comes to their students, and even most of the teachers here have PhDs in their core subjects . Along the extra circular activities, they even prioritize the students too , even helping the students to find what they are passionate about.

Other: I chose this course here in this college because of it's affordable fees structure and kind of exposure I want to receive . Some of the students from regions like Jammu and Bihar do receive a SC's scholarship (PMSS).

The faculty is very supportive and qualified. Not so good infrastructure.

Placements: Only a few students got internships at some random companies. Other students are also trying to get into some company, and some are following their passion. The highest package offered is 7L per year, while the average package is 3.5L per year. About 40% of students got placed.

Infrastructure: The faculty is good, and the infrastructure is also good. The hostel is good but too small, with only a single mess for two wings. It also does not offer many indoor or outdoor games or activities on a regular basis. Classrooms do not offer Wi-Fi. The campus has a library and labs.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and supportive. They help you where you need them. The course makes the student future-ready. Semester exams are held very strictly without any disturbances. Passing marks are 24 out of 60 in externals and 24 out of 40 in internals.

Other: This course can help in the development of your skills.

Our college is good for engineering.

Placements: Around 80% of students get placed in many companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and Amazon. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, the average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. A minimum of 60% of students got internships every year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. There is a central library with air-conditioners 24 hours to study and daily newspapers are available. All classrooms are air-conditioned and have PPT service. Mess food quality is not good but it is better than hotel food.

Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. holders, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Our college makes students ready for the industry. Every semester has 3 exams with a gap of 1 and 2 months which are not difficult to pass.

Other: I chose this course as the upcoming days need engineers highly because everything is digital. Many fests are organised like fresher parties, youth festivals, and many others for every semester.

This college is good quality.

Placements: Amritsar group of colleges has minimum 60% placement in company like wipro, TCS, capegimini, Amazon etc. In coming days we expected growth in placements. Consequently, in the year 2022 we got 95% student placed from this college. Placement is also available in other course like pharmacy and many more.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good but Wi-Fi, library for hostlers and labs are always available in departments. In the hostel three time food and tea service is provided. Mess food is not tasty but it is something that depends on preferences.

Faculty: All the faculty of CSE department includes Ph.D. professors who are intelligent. Teachers always make the students industry ready. Semester exam is not tough it's depending on your study. Pass percentage is 80%. When you study properly you can crack anything.

Other: I chose this college because it is right place for engineering from CSE branch. Event activity like fresher party, singing competition and many more are always organized here.

Review of Amritsar Group of Colleges.

Placements: Almost 100% placement over the last few years, even in the time of the pandemic. The highest package offered was 22 LPA domestic and the average package was 7.5 LPA. The lowest package offered was 3.5 LPA. By top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Most of the students got an internship in nearby places like Noida and Mohali. We got sufficient time for lab. Many such events are organized by students themselves which helps them to build their personalities.

Infrastructure: We have a fully Wi-Fi campus and well-structured labs, and classrooms. We have a central library which contains books related to the course as well as other competitive exams. On-campus, hostels are available with a mess, gym, and cafeteria and we have a canteen that is open during college hours.

Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality and timing is also good. This course not only helps us to learn computer languages but also helps to grow our personality. So, that one can be industry-ready. The semester exams are easy to moderate you can easily pass if you are regular and agile in the classroom.

Other: As we know CSE stream is the most demanded engineering stream nowadays, and if you are interested in coding you should surely choose this.

I am really satisfied with AGC because of teachers, good placements and learning environment.

Placements: Approximately 100% of students got placed in reputed companies except for those who prefer further studies. The highest package offered in 2022 is 22 LPA in Coding Ninja, while the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 5-6 LPA. The top recruiting companies that visit our college for placements are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Just Dial etc. Teachers are very helpful to us in getting internships nearby. CSE offers web designing job, project creator job etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of AGC is very good, with a hygienic environment. The campus provides Wi-Fi facility, digital classrooms, cafeteria, gymnasium, sports court, auditorium, library with approximately 3200 books etc. There are separate boys and girls hostels. Rooms have attached washrooms which I like the most. If I compare, then the mess food of this hostel is far better than any other of this range. The hostel provides medical facilities anytime, transportation facilities, gymnasium, common room, Wi-Fi facility etc.

Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The way of teaching is very good. Every teacher preplanned the syllabus before teaching. They try to make students understand practically. Whenever we ask them any question, they try to reply as soon as possible. Semester exams are moderate. If we are regular to classes, then it is not difficult to pass exams. As 75% attendance is necessary, approximately 80% of students pass semester exams.

Other: AGC is well-known for its placements in computer science engineering, and this was the reason I took admission here. The best thing about my course is that we can create different websites using different languages, which are in demand nowadays. If college increases lab timings, then that would be better. Different events such as Diwali, Baishakh, sports meet and different competitions such as painting, aptitude, mock campus placements, etc., are held in AGC. For that, different committees are there to organize events. The campus is not so crowded. The college offers scholarships to students, up to 1.5 Lacs.
