Placements: There was 100% placement in my batch. The highest package was 40 lacs per annum, the lowest was around 5 lacs per annum, and the average package was 6 lacs per annum. The top recruiters were Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Siemens, etc. Thank you.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a comprehensive library for its courses. Hostel facilities generally include Wi-Fi, basic accommodation, and a secure environment, with messes serving a variety of hygienic meals. Sports, medical facilities, etc., are there.
Faculty: Faculty are generally qualified and knowledgeable, with a focus on student support. The curriculum is designed to be industry relevant, emphasizing practical skills to prepare students for their careers. Semester exams are moderately challenging.

Review of Amritsar Group of Colleges.
Placements: Placements are not that good here. Every year, about 12% to 13% of students are placed in different companies. Many companies recruit from this college, but they offer low salary packages. The average salary package ranges from 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA. In our senior batch, four students out of 26 were placed. Recruiters include some of the top companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Labs have good devices for performing practicals. The machinery is the latest and in good condition. The hostel consists of about 500 rooms, which are semi-furnished, with some of the rooms having air-conditioning facilities. The hostel mess is clean, but they provide only vegetarian food.
Faculty: Faculty members are good as compared to other private institutions in Amritsar. Teachers are qualified up to the mark. They are supportive and helpful. Our course curriculum is the same as that of NITs in the country. Exams are conducted on time. They are conducted in December and June every year.
Other: I chose this course because I like physics, especially the electrodynamics part. Our course should be more practical. Connectivity is proper. The college has its own fest called Prayas which happens every year. Our college does not have that many students. The campus is surrounded by agricultural fields. Our college has a scholarship test called AGC NEST in which you can avail of a scholarship of up to 1.5 lakh.

A great college to pursue engineering.
Placements: Placements in college are up to the mark. The placement cell is also involved in placements. Till now, the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.50 LPA. It is a good investment to make for engineering, and I hope they change some things in future to get more placements.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good infrastructure. There are fully equipped computer labs, and the laboratories are also very good. There is a sports ground, and classrooms are also in good condition. Medical facilities are also good, and the Wi-Fi speed is very decent. The labs are great, and the maintenance is also great.
Faculty: The faculty members are very knowledgeable. Teachers are very helpful, and they help to solve every problem. There are highly qualified staff members, and their teaching methods are great to learn. Industry exposure is also helpful in the studies. The course curriculum is up to the mark, and it is very useful.
Other: Events are conducted in the college regularly, and an annual sports meet is also conducted. Scholarships are also provided to the needy students.
