It is an excellent college for different courses.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students from our course got placed. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA-5 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Wipro and many more technical companies visit our college for placements. Almost 100% of the students got internships in their core companies. Software engineer, hardware engineer, etc., roles are offered here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and there is a good environment. Free Wi-Fi facility is also available on the campus and hostel. There is a huge library here, and it is combined for different sections. There are fully air-conditioned classrooms. Our college has a canteen facility and hostel, and the mess facility is perfect.
Faculty: All the teachers here were well qualified, and most of them are PhD holders. The behaviour of all faculty members is perfect and excellent. They provide a lot of practical knowledge along with theory. However, this college makes students future-ready.
Other: I have an interest in the electronics field, so I have chosen this course. All the events and activities are organised here. Scholarships are also available.

Not a right place for a bright career.
Placements: Placements in the college are not that good. The placement head didn't care much about the future of the students, and all they wanted was to make money. Very less number of students were actually able to secure good jobs. The placement structure is pretty poor. You will get a job in call centres, BPO/RPO which are not meant for engineers.
Infrastructure: Though the campus is quite small, the overall infrastructure of the college is quite commendable. The college is clean and tidy. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. There are facilities for washroom and water on every floor, so the college is pretty good infrastructure wise.
Faculty: Faculty members were not much educated as most of them were young graduates with no or very less experience. Staff were quite biased when it came to internal marks; they gave good internal marks to the class toppers even if they didn't perform well in the sessional.
Other: The fest is poor, and the crowd was Punjabi.

Not very bright place for good career and needs a lot of improvement.
Placements: Placements were not upto the mark and most importantly most of the placements were in BPO companies with around maximum package of 2-2.5 Lacs per annum. Nearly 40 percent of the students got internship from the college but the stipend was nil. Yes there is placement cell but not very much effective.
Infrastructure: When we talk about infrastructure it is quite an average place where most of the facilities were provided. Labs were there but most of the equipments were not that good. But when I talk about cafeteria and all it is quite good and quality of food is good and in very convenient price as well parking is also good.
Faculty: Faculty and course curriculum was on mixed side. Most of the importance is given to theoretical knowledge rather than practical work. Student to faculty ratio was good. No industry exposure was very little. No course curriculum was not useful as more importance is given to theoretical knowledge.

Other: The college organises many events like Prayaas, Robowar and Hackathon.

Dissatisfied because of curriculum and less knowledge of concepts in addition to practical knwldge.
Placements: If we talk about placements in department of ECE, I must say you are at wrong place. In my year of completion not a single core company of ECE entered college premises and only 4 cream students of ECE was selected in capgemini from 200 approximately students. An array of ECE study stars didnt find any job and still working in call centers of Gurgaon and Noida as I had contacts with all of them. For CSE and IT students, there are good companies which came for placements like capgemini, Amazon, and 2 or 3 other technical companies For mechanical only Emami came and selected 4 students for their new Uttarakhand plant and rest all students went for higher studies in canada. And not a single company came to hire civil engineers. That's so bad.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is all good but there is always a stinky smell of gutters near the main canteen towards kalpana chawla girls hostel. The college has nice hostels with AC facility as well if you are ready to pay high amount of money. Also there is separate building of hostel for international students. The college has 4 large buildings of acamedics and there a array of different departments in these blocks. College has a large green lush park and 6-7 another small lawns and small parks where students can relax and make gossips.
Faculty: Talking about faculty, in a nutshell, assume that, if each dept in ACET has a team of 10 senior professors, then the really appreciable professors are only 4 or 5 out of the whole 10. To examplify the ECE Dept, the best ones are Guneet Kaur, Akhil Bhatia (left), Madhavi Sharma, Atul Mahajan, Jagdeep Singh and others are just there to fill the vacancies. Also if I talk about mechanical dept, only Mr Bhanot ( left), Amandeep Singh Bhui, Mr Sekhon are the best and remaining are again just to fill vacancies. In applied sciences only Rupinder Singh, Shell Arora, Neha Sharma, and 3 more teachers whose names I forgot, are really worthy from the total team of total 15 professors. Same case in CSE dept and don't know about IT, MCA MBA and other departments because very less students choose these programmes in ACET and I was not having large friend base there.
Other: ACET is best college in the area in terms of events, fests, connectivity, scholarships and extracurricular activities as the provide alot of chances to every student to be a part of these programs and exploit the scholarship and another benefits but the problem is that only these are not sufficient. Students need knowledge where ACET will definitely disappoints you unless you are very star student and you have a lot of potential to grasp curriculum.

Overall, it is a good college, but the faculty should treat every student equally.
Placements: At the time of my admission, the placements were not as good as expected, as the ratio of unemployed students is more than that of employed students. So, I will rate 2 out of 5 for placements. I did not get placed till now. I would suggest you have an overview of everything before taking admission.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. A good cafeteria, and a big ground for extra activities on the campus. The college should focus more on staff than the infrastructure. I love the flowers on the campus and air-conditioned rooms. There are proper water taps. The door to door service is provided to students, which is very helpful.
Faculty: The faculty are not good as they show partiality in each and everything. You have to please staff for everything. I will rate two-stars out of five. The faculty complete the syllabus by conducting extra lectures, but it pressurises students a lot.

Its good college, but fee structure is comparatively high.
Placements: The companies are visiting the campus, but the packages they are offering is very low. Near about 3 lakhs per annum, but there is the scope of placement. The seniors are placed in good MNCs, and about 65% students are placed. The highest package offered was 15 lacs per annum, and the lowest was 2.5 lacs per annum. AON, Amazon, Edureka, TCS, etc., visited the college. The management role, technical role, call centre, etc., are the roles offered to the students. There is a placement cell in the college. Some companies also offer the internship from Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 5,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There is a playground for games like football and cricket. Every department has its own building. There is Wi-Fi facility. The classrooms are good, airy, and air-conditioned. There are facilities like stationary, canteen, and one medical room. The labs are highly equipped and have all necessary equipment. The games are less preferred, and there is very less time for sports. The quality of food is normal. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues.
Faculty: The faculty members are well-educated and supportive. The teaching way is quite good, and both e-learning and classroom learning methods are used. You get verbal knowledge about industry atmosphere, and course curriculum is quite useful, most useful part of the course is training, which you have to do after every year.
Other: The college organises technical events, non-technical events, fresher's part, hackathon, department level competitions, sports competition, GD, quiz, and many other activities.
