Lucky enough to find a place like this to learn.
Placements: I am 2022 batch, most of my classmates got placed or started as trainees in reputed corporates of Hyderabad. There were 58 members and around 48 members were placed in good companies. Most of the jobs were entry-level jobs. We got internships in many start-up companies in Jubilee Hills and Madhapur.
Infrastructure: The institute was well-equipped with books, computers, Wi-Fi, laboratories, library, and tools whichever were needed for the course. We had a canteen and hostel facility (from 2nd year), sports place, OAT, garden area, meet-up area, large classrooms, auditorium, etc. When I joined, it was all a basic facilities college but each year the development was so fast. This university completely transformed all the infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members were knowledgeable and their approach was most friendly. They taught the required contemporary and upcoming skills and trained us to grasp all the concepts with practical approach. The exam difficulty was hard. It was not easy for a student to pass the exams unless students had required all the practical knowledge.

JNAFAU- DTDP, practicality at its the finest.
Placements: Since a government college, the placements are good. Internships at various companies for design, architecture and GIS are offered as well. We get to work with the government projects offered to us through the faculty. Roles offered are game develops, town planning, architecture and designing.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are spacious and well kept. The library is huge and we have two labs. Wi-Fi is accessible to all. The canteen is up and running and the prices are student friendly too. There is no on campus hostel, but many near by to choose from.
Faculty: The faculty is great, infact our HOD himself has graduated from this very university from this course. All the teachers are available all time for students queries. The course is very relevant since it offers CS Design, Multimedia, Planning and GIS. The semester exams are super relevant to what they teach in classes and pass percentage may vary between 90-95.

Jnafau, "The Diverse": This title is amazing because of its amazing course structure.
Placements: There were no placements provided by the college.
Students have to find their internships on their own for the final year. These internships pay around INR 5,000–INR 10,000 per month. For their final semester, every student is required to do an internship. They do not provide any links or companies to approach; one has to approach companies on their own or through senior batches, and they do not care about the time.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was top-notch, especially the library and classroom labs. They do not provide any hostels for girls, but they do provide one for boys from 2 and up, which was very poorly maintained. Though the hostels were bad, the college environment and landscaping were good. It's peaceful, and they also have a sports room and a canteen, along with stationary inside the college for necessities.
Faculty: The curriculum and faculty were the best, as they taught the trending software to make students industry-ready. Most of the exams were jury or portfolio presentations, so it is easy to pass but quite difficult to score above 70.
One needs to always do the assignments that are given, as the score depends on weekly tasks and exams.
Other: I mainly chose this course because of its diversity, which provides four different industries like architecture, IT, GI, and multimedia that are top-notch in the present world. They arrange fests three times a year that include many sports and games with exciting prizes.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty and placements in 2021.
Placements: 60% passed students were placed from our college. 35% students are doing Masters abroad and 5% have been detained or discontinued. The highest monthly package is 70k (starting), lowest is 15k (starting) and average is 35k per month. Top recruiters are TCS, Amazon, etc. 35% students got internships in design field and 30% in multimedia. Top roles are IT (ML), UI, UX, design, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classes and library are available. We students are satisfied with all the facilities. The quality of food and medical facilities is very poor in the hostel. Students face problems with the college hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are highly talented but they don't teach much. They do not teach as per our expectations. This course curriculum is excellent. It is a multi-disciplinary course and I can say that this course is too good in all over the Asia. The semester exams were too difficult. Pass percentage was 55% (in all subjects).
Other: I chose this course because this is multi-disciplinary course and I like to do creative and art work. So this DTDP is the right course for me. Actually, many people don't know about our course, to make them know, we have advertise our course. Before covid 19, all the events and fests were good but no activities are conducted now.

Our college is not good as it looks.
Placements: DTDP course is a combination of 4 different streams, i.e., animation, IT, GIS and design. As the DTDP course is not known to students well, there is no minimum academic percentage criterion to join the course. There are very few placements in this college. None of the well-known companies will visit the college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course are good enough. There is a computer lab, classrooms with blackboard and smartboard, Wi-Fi and India's 2nd big library with architecture books. The library is huge enough to study well. Our college hostel is situated in Abids, and the hostel will be below average. The food won't be provided in the hostel.
Faculty: The teaching quality is below average here. Teachers here won't teach the content of the subject much. They say that we don't spoon feed you all the time, and you should be able to learn on your own. Only 2 to 3 subjects will be evaluated well in terms of assignments and exams. In the remaining subjects, the teaching won't be good enough, and they are not at all interested in providing marks. There will also be some situations where students who won't study well at all will get more marks than students who study well. There will also be some silly reasons for not getting marks. The course curriculum is very much relevant to today's generation and is very much useful to us. If students complete the course in a proper manner, then they are very much useful to the outer world. The thing is students who choose this course should be very much dedicated, self-motivated and especially should overcome depression if they get less marks.
Other: As I am interested in designing, animation and coding, I felt this is the course that suites me. I suggest our college to remove all the faculty members who don't have the required knowledge. Events and fest organised here are above average. The campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, etc., are also above average.

Review of JNAFAU SPA - School of Planning and Architecture.
Placements: Approximately 15% of the students got placed in our course, i.e., DTDP. In our course, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month and the highest salary offered is Rs. 35,000 per month. Architecture and IT-related companies are the top recruiters. Almost 40% of the students got internships from our course. IT, design multimedia and GIS are the roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Management of our college provides good facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. All books are available in our college library. In our college, there is no hostel facility available for students. Canteen facility is available, and the food quality is also very good. Medical and sports and games facilities are not available.
Faculty: Teaching faculty members are very good, very helpful to us and friendly with us. They teach well, and they clarify our doubts regularly. This course curriculum is relevant to us, and it makes students industry-ready. Still, it is difficult to get a job.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in this course. Students have to know all about this course. Events and fests are conducting every year, and TS government scholarships are available.

It is a unique course with good subjects, and creativity is required to get into it.
Placements: Around 5-10% of the students got placed with a very low salary of Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month for our course, and I am not aware of other courses. Only 5 start-up companies visited the campus. Students were taken for many fields such as GIS, multimedia, design and information technology. Top roles were offered for multimedia and design students.
Infrastructure: Our department has good infrastructure and facilities compared to other departments. We have design rooms, computer labs, and drawing halls with good finishing. We had a normal canteen. No proper sports and games facilities were available. The medical room was made watchman's room then.
Faculty: Faculty members were friendly and knowledgeable. They were well qualified and experienced. The teaching quality was above average due to lack of time and heavy syllabus. Students need to fetch out in-depth as it is not known to many students and other colleges.
Other: I had chosen it as it is completely different from other courses. It is a unique course with creativeness and logical thinking. The syllabus and the class hours must be improved so that it gets completed on time. We had a fest conducted in our final year. We enjoyed it a lot as it was the only fest, where we can engage with the students of other departments.

Our college has less infrastructure, and electives are available.
Placements: Our course is a combination of design, software and animation in which students can select their own field and gain knowledge. Students can select their electives (open and closed), which is the best thing in our course. But I feel placements are very much less here. However, students can get great opportunities.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel for girls here, and the boys' hostel is far away from the college. Wi-Fi facility is always a huge problem in our college. However, the library and classrooms have good infrastructure. The library contains many famous books which are available less all over the country. Now, the canteen is reconstructed, and there are a small playground and a sports room. But there are no medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are qualified and knowledgeable, but students need to communicate with teachers personally to gain extra knowledge. All the subjects in the DTDP course are both theory and practical based, which make students industry-ready. The course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I have chosen this course because we get different opportunities in design, animation and software, and it is highly industry-based course. I think our college should improve a lot of things like education, faculty members, hostel, canteen and infrastructure. Every year events and extracurricular activities are held, which are very good. There is no ragging in our college which is the best thing, and seniors provide anti-ragging awareness to make juniors feel secure.
