Rayat Bahra University, located in Mohali, Punjab is a private college with a huge campus of around 44 acres and was established in 2014. MRSPTU offers admission to most of the programmes based on merit. The university considers the scores of the candidates in the qualifying exam for admission. MRSPTU selects candidates for BTech and BArch based on entrance exam scores. The university accepts JEE Main for BTech and NATA for BArch. Selected candidates are required to participate in online counselling rounds for a seat in the university.

No, a candidate may only join one programme of Indo Global Group of Colleges at a time. This is because, according to the AICTE, A student can only pursue one Physical/Full-Time course at a time. Moreover, IGGC only offers courses in Physical/Full-Time modes with no distance or open-learning modes available.
