One of the average college in Navi Mumbai.

Placements: College, not having great placements. Always transfer charges from one to another. There is no connection between students, and there is also no connection between alumni and college so college is not having contact with companies in Mumbai region but with companies like Cisco, TCS, Cognizant, etc. come for placement.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available for engineering students; they are only for medical students. They also do not have a vast infrastructure; classrooms and labs are limited, or they are too small. Food is not available in college, as promised; and a canteen is present in a hospital far from the college.

Faculty: Teachers are newly recruited; they are not complete there, M.Teach, so they do not have teaching experience and are not as good as they know about exam criteria. They are also not aware of industrial opportunity, so students cannot be settled with teachers and it is difficult to pass exams.

The college does not fulfill dream college expectations but is good as an average college.

Placements: In the civil engineering branch, out of 88 students, 24 were placed after the 7th semester in ICICI, HDFC, and IDFC banks with the post of assistant manager, with an average package of 3.5 LPA. Additionally, Godrej and Boyce recruited 12 students as design engineers for structural plans and structural design drawings using a stand with a package of 5.5 LPA. Some students also secured jobs at TCS and Infosys.

Infrastructure: Many students come from various places in Mumbai, so the college does not have hostel facilities. Students from outside live in flats or PGs in the nearby area. The mess and canteen are not too good and are available only for medical students. Sports and games are played during fest times.

Faculty: Faculty members do not have great teaching experience. They only teach how to pass semester exams and are not aware of industrial requirements. Consequently, students are not aware of the preparation strategy for facing interviews and technical tests for placements in various reputed companies.

The civil engineering department did not have as good a college reputation.

Placements: No one is looking for a job in the civil branch because the pay is low and the job role is supervisory, so everyone is looking for a master's degree abroad or in India. Our department is taking responsibility for the internship of everyone that is in Cisco and L and T infrastructure in metro works. The internship was conducted at a serious and highly practical level.

Infrastructure: The reading room is provided with all student amenities, like AC, Wi-Fi, a reference book section, and laptops. Turf was available for cricket and football mess, and the canteen was away from where the medical college was situated, so we need to go further. Classrooms are maintained, and labs are also equipped.

Faculty: Faculty members are newly appointed, coming with new experience. Teach background so they do not add any special knowledge to us. They don't know about the industrial knowledge required in the current situation, and giving assignments was not required in exam preparation.

I am not satisfied with this college.

Placements: Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. McDowell's, Mahindra, Square Yards, Godrej, L&T, etc., visit our college to recruit civil engineering students. Top roles offered are junior engineer, site engineer, etc. The salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has a computer engineering course. Our college has labs. They are providing all the required equipment in labs. Classrooms are well-maintained. Our college has a canteen. The hostel facility is not available in our college.

Faculty: Faculty members are changed every new semester, so students are not connected to faculty members. Our HODs and professors are well-qualified and experienced. Exams are difficult. The syllabus is hard. This course provides practical knowledge to make students industry-ready.

It is an average college.

Placements: Our college provides internship opportunities in Cidco in metro work J Kumar PWD for civil engineering. Top recruiting companies are Godrej, Boyce, and McDowell. Around 6 students got placed in our course. Top roles offered are HR and junior engineer. The salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Labs are good. They have the proper equipment. Our college has Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms. Classrooms are well-maintained with a suitable visualisation system. The library has all types of reference books. We don't have a canteen. The hostel facility is not available in our college.

Faculty: A few teachers are knowledgeable. A few teachers have academic knowledge, but are not maintaining syllabi according to university courses. They provide different syllabi rather than requirements. Semester exams are easy. Almost 60% of students pass the exams.

I recommend this college for students belonging to Navi Mumbai and Thane region.

Placements: The recruiting companies are Square Yards, Godrej, Boyce, Mcdowell, etc. Around 4 students from the civil branch got placed in sales companies for marketing roles with a salary package of 4 LPA. Other companies didn't select students. Internships are not provided in our college.

Infrastructure: Hostels are not available for engineering students. Laboratory is not good. Many practicals are not conducted due to improper machines. Classrooms are average as there are no fans or projectors. Reading room and library are well-equipped with the required facilities but have limited seats.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are freshers who have recently completed their master's degrees. They don't guide students in major projects. Semester exams are difficult to pass because 50-60% of the syllabus is only covered.

Previous year placements were at great level and this year also they maintained the same track.

Placements: I got placed in Shobha as a developer in Mumbai with a salary package of 4.5 LPA as site engineer. The training provided by the college to students after 6th semester added value to my skills that helps to be effective in interview. The salary packages offered in our college varies from 3 LPA to 14 LPA Our college takes responsibility of internship of every student.

Infrastructure: It has a 5-storeyed building with spacious classrooms, projectors and air-conditioned facility. They also provide free Wi-Fi for students on every department on campus. Labs also well maintained and furnished to take practical and it was great experience. Mess available at Terna Hospital near college with variety of food.

Faculty: Faculty members are very intelligent and friendly. Everyone helps us in every situation. They always encourage students to take part in events of college. They are holding Masters degree in every specialised subject. The course curriculum is very advanced currently. Since 2020, they are providing practicals used now a days in civil engineering.

Other: Annual fest named Revive Terna was really a great experience with huge crowd. Everyone get chance to represent their talent at college level.

Review of Terna Engineering College.

Placements: Around 10% of students get offer letters from TCS, Square Yards sales, and Cresent Engineering Company with a salary package of 3 LPA to 4 LPA. It is the highest salary package offered by Square Yard sales. Godrej and Boyce company visited our college for recruitment but didn't select for IT roles. The roles offered are junior engineer, site engineer, etc. Placements are good for the computer and IT departments.

Infrastructure: Laboratories provided for practicals are not good in condition and don't have proper equipment. Classrooms are average but have projectors. Library is good with a reading room but not well facilitated.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are not well qualified but HODs are well qualified. Civil department is not very active. The course curriculum is relevant to the university guidelines but not good in results and exams.

Other: I chose this course because it is required more in the infrastructure industry in Mumbai. Our college doesn't provide any opportunity. Industrial visits are not arranged in our course.
