Overall, it is a very good college.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed in our course. In our course, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, the average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our labs. Wi-Fi is also available on our college campus. The quality of the hostel is good, and the food quality in the mess and canteen is also very good. Medical facilities are available in our college, which is a good thing.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and there are always ready to help students. They are very knowledgeable, and they all have master degrees in their specialised subjects. The teaching quality is very good, and they describe all the chapters of books very easily.

Other: I like physics, so I have chosen this course.

It is the best college in Hooghly, WB2. Placements are very good.

Placements: The placement section of AIEM is very good and beyond my expectations in my department. About 70% of the students got placed in different sectors like IT, telecom, networking and marketing. TCS, Wipro and Maruti Suzuki companies visit here for our placements. All students completed the industrial training.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of AIEM and our department is adequate. Classrooms are spacious, and the labs have all the necessary instruments to perform experiments. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and there are also separate CS labs for surfing the internet.

Faculty: Faculty members are the main strength of our department. They are like our friends, philosophers and guides. We can get help from them in all situations. The syllabus is designed by our university named MAKAUT, which we are bound to follow. But the syllabus is designed on the basis of AICTE model course curriculum.

Other: Events like a cultural festival, tech fest, Agomoni, Poila Baisakh and Saraswati puja are celebrated here. According to our eligibility, we can avail different government and private scholarships like Swami Vivekananda, merit cum means scholarships, etc.
