Over all I can say college is good , faculties are good , campus is not big, placement is average.

Placements: Placement is average in this college however tcs, techmahindra, and another IT and CSE companies are come into the college but placement of core branch is not good, in last two years some core company also came into the college but response is not good, however training and placement department work in this issue.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is only available in hostel, there are to many labs like basic electrical lab, electrical mechine lab, power system lab, microprocessor & microcontroller lab according to requirements of makut syllabus library is also good in this college, if we want to talk about medical facilities college has it's own medcial hospital (gouri Devi medical college hospital), sport and game is average in this college due to small play ground and unavailability of sport instrument. I think no very standard canteen available in this college but it provide best food quantities in chip rate, there are no separate room in the hostel,3 to 4 student share a single room however room size is average, .

Faculty: All faculty members are good in this college all are either M.Tech or Ph.D. in his steam, they provide appropriate knowledge to the students, they also use different required instrument related to topic, desk teacher also available in the college, faculty members try to discuss theory in the lab for better understanding, the interaction between facilities and student is good they organized PPT, seminar and project for better understanding regarding the stream, the ratio of teacher student is not to good only two faculty available for control system.

Other: Campus is not to big, but interesting, many event like sarawati puja, vishwakarma puja teacher's day, fest farewell and another events are celebrating in the college, campus is not in city area, no any scholarship provide by the college if we talk about extracurricular activities then college organized seminar on technical and non technical topic, edc robaspam and yoddha is also available in the college for inprove the skill &make prepared student for campusing and give the better mental and physical ability.

B.Tech at DIATM is a sad experience.

Placements: There are no placements at all. Below standard companies come here. A few companies don't even exist. Campusing is terrible. We can't hope for anything from it. Only a few students got placed in TCS, rest, most of the students didn't join the companies. The jobs offered are not at all of the engineering levels. I got a job offer in Chandigarh of 7000 rupees per month. Same is the thing with my senior and junior batches. Except for TCS, no company is worth mentioning. Tech Mahindra conducted a drive. The college is not good for placements.

Infrastructure: The hostel is average. There were problems of clashes between students in the hostel. Labs were good. Infrastructure should be improved. The library was big and spacious. Canteen is average. Food standard is very average but affordable. The hostels were fine. It was fun for the hostelers. I was a non-hosteler. I stayed in a mess nearby. Classroom quality was okay. Basic old school type classrooms are there with backboard being the medium if parting education. Hostel food was satisfactory to some students, others found it awful, depends on your taste perhaps. Discipline was a priority. Attendance maintenance is the must. But, with the fees of the course which was 3.25 Lacs approximately in the year 2011-2015, much better things are expected in all aspects possible.

Faculty: The curriculum is same like any other average private colleges where B Tech course is offered. The duration is 8 semesters, 4 years. There are two internals per semester. The course curriculum is fixed by the university, so its fine. Teachers were average overall. A few were really good, but most of them were not good as teachers and at the job of explaining things in an easy way. Teaching method was very basic, writing on the blackboard. I didn't feel there were enough teachers. No industry exposure is provided as such.

Other: The college is located in Rajbandh which is not a very developed place, but it is developing rapidly every year. It is located just beside NH2. Fests were held in every two years. Sports competition of cricket is conducted. Rest sporting activities were limited to hostel students.
