There are all kinds of facilities.

Placements: The infrastructure of the college is out of this world, as it is a private college located on approximately 60 acres. Every kind of amenity required for top colleges is well maintained. Companies come for placement drives to the campus, and talking about the average number of placements, it is about 4-5 LPA.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is outstanding both from the outside and inside. Overall, the college is excellent. The teaching staff is also excellent. The teaching staff and management help us in developing skills and organize extracurricular activities for upcoming events.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are good, and they received their education from reputable colleges, so their teaching methods are amazing. Teachers are good. There are clubs for every activity in college, like singing, dancing, etc. The curriculum is also designed in a way that gives more practical knowledge.

Other: I enjoyed college life very much.

Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management is one of the best engineering colleges.

Placements: The placement percentage is 80%. The lowest, the highest, and the average packages are 1.6 LPA, 1.45 LPA and 1.35 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Google, Amazon, Hero etc. 60% of students got internships from our course in TCS, Wipro, etc., companies.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good for our course/ department. The classrooms, labs and Wi-Fi are available on campus. The hostel and food quality are very good. Medical facilities are available. Sports and games are organised by the faculty every year.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful every moment. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The students are ready for industries. The faculty are very helpful every semester. The pass percentage is 35%.

Other: The course I chose is mechanical engineering because I am interested in learning about machines, coupling, and motors. Mechanical engineering is very good.

The college has good teaching faculty, classrooms, lab facilities and average placement records.

Placements: I have graduated from this college in 2020 from mechanical engineering. There were 16 regular and about 40 lateral students in our batch. The placement record is average in this college. Only a few students got placements from our batch.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also average in this college. However, the classrooms, labs and library were pretty good. Our department was also good with labs and workshop facilities. The hostel infrastructure was also good with proper facilities, and the food served in the hostel was average.

Faculty: Teaching faculty members were very good in this college. They all were highly qualified and skilled with good teaching knowledge and ideas. They are very friendly and helpful in nature. The course curriculum is good, but there is no much scope in this line.

Our college has the best faculty members strength among other engineering colleges.

Placements: The placement section of AIEM is very good and beyond my expectation level. From our department, above 75% of the students got placed in different sectors like IT, telecommunication, networking, marketing and core sector. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of AIEM and our department is adequate. Classrooms are spacious, and labs have all the necessary instruments to perform experiments. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and there is also a separate CS lab to surf the internet. We can access national and international journals in our library.

Faculty: Faculty members are the main strength of our department. They are like our friends, philosopher and guide, and we can get help from them in all situations. Most of them are either doctorates or master holders in their domain. Class notes and PPT presentations are provided to us in a regular manner, along with textbook notes.

It is the best college in Hooghly, West Bengal.

Placements: The placement section of AIEM is very good in our department, and almost 80% of the students got placed in different sectors. Almost all the students completed the industrial taring from our department in different government and reputed private companies like L&T, BSNL, Capgemini, Suzuki, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and our department is adequate. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We can access national and international journals in our library. We get all the books necessary for our semester in advance through the book bank facility.

Placements: The placement section of AIEM is good. Students become eligible for placements from the 3rd year of their course. A lot of IT companies like TCS, etc., visited here, and many students got placements in them. To know the exact data about placements, visit the official website of AIEM.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of AIEM is good. Classrooms are neat and clean. All labs have all the necessary instruments for experiments. Most of the books are available in our library, which are required in our semester. There is also a college canteen where good quality food is available.

Class notes and PPT presentations are provided for every subject in a regular manner. We are provided with assignments 4 times every semester, which would be either assignment or quiz mode or others.

The campus is good, lush green and is Wi-Fi enabled, and it also has adequate infrastructure.

Placements: AIEM is very good and beyond my expectations. In my department, almost 75% of students got placed in different sectors like IT, telecom, networking, marketing and core sector. In our course, the highest package offered was 7 LPA, and the average package offered was 3 LPA. Mindtree, Capgemini, Amazon, TCS Ninja, Wipro, RS Software, Inspira, Maruti Suzuki, and BYJU's are the major companies that came for placements. Almost all the students completed their industrial training from our department in different reputed government and private companies like NSCBTTC-BSNL, Sammer Electronics, Indian Railways, DPL etc. Some of the students are also received internship offers from companies. The roles offered are associate engineer, assistant manager, etc., by different reputed companies. But before the placement drives, different skill enhancement training sessions were conducted for us. In our routine, communication skill and reasoning classes are also conducted.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of AIEM and our department is adequate in my point of view. Classrooms are spacious, and the labs have all the necessary instruments for experiments. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We have a separate CS lab for surfing the internet. We can access national and international journals in our library. All the books necessary for our semester are provided in advance by the book bank. Separate hostels are available on campus for boys and girls. 04 times quality food, electricity backup, and emergency medical facilities are available in the hostel. The campus has a huge playground where students can play football, cricket etc. A volleyball court is available for boys, and a badminton court is available for girls. A common room is available with carrom and newspaper facilities. I can spend quality time with my friends in the cafeteria, which is inside the campus.

Faculty: Faculty is the key strength of our department. They are like our friend, philosopher and guide. We can get help from them in all situations. Most of the faculty members are either doctorate or Masters in their domain. Class notes and PPTs provided to us regularly, along with textbooks and notes. In a semester, we have 04 assessments in the form of assignments, class tests or quiz. They also encourage us for the poster competition, tech fest participation and journal paper publication. The syllabus is designed by our university, MAKAUT, which we are bound to follow. But in my opinion, this syllabus is designed on the basis of the AICTE model curriculum, and it is enough for a student to become industry-ready. We have to perform extracurricular activities to get marks in Mandatory Additional Requirement. We have to complete a minimum of 15-day industrial training as per our course structure.

Other: Events like cultural fest, tech fest, Agomoni, Poila Baisakh, Saraswati puja, and Biswakarma puja are celebrated on our campus. We have different clubs like science club, photography club, and cultural club in AIEM. All the clubs are very active and organize different competitions like innovative photography, Rangoli etc. According to our eligibility, we can get different government and private scholarships like Swamy Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship, MOMA, Aikyasree, NSP and different management scholarships.

Placements: Placements are good, and good companies are hiring. Students are getting good opportunities. TPO is a very good coordinator. Management always takes care of college students. Each time they are giving placements. It is a very good college in West Bengal.
