Good campus and workshop. Faculty are also helpful.

Placements: Placements are good. The average salary package is around 6-10 LPA. There are good computer science engineering and mechanical engineering departments. They conduct placement interviews through poll campaigns in techno main. Overall, good recruitment is conducted by the TPO cell.

Infrastructure: Labs, the library, and classrooms are good for study. The canteen food is good and pocket-friendly. Sports like 8 - 10 types of games are played. It is good for cricket and volleyball. Every year, we celebrate 1 week for a sports day. Wi-Fi is available.

Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and helpful. They teach like children. The student and teacher bond is very good here. Teachers are very experienced and qualified. Semester exams are not very difficult. The passing percentage is very high.

TECB is a well-known good college.

Placements: About 70% of students got placed in our college. Teachers are quite supportive to improve oneself for getting a better job. The highest salary package offered is about 16 LPA - 17 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. Most students are selected in software companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good ambiance. Free Wi-Fi is available for faculty members and students. Lab are well maintained. Classrooms are quite spacious. Course content books and other reference books are available in the library. The hostel also has Wi-Fi Facility. Food quality is average. An appreciable amount of space is available for sports activities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are quite supportive and helpful. Teachers are quite knowledgeable. They give full support and time to students. The course curriculum is quite relevant. Course curriculum makes students ready for placements. Semester exam is not tough. Pass percentage is 80-90%.

It is good for knowledge and the best for the computer science course.

Placements: About 50% of students get placed by the college. Most of the companies visit are of sales and marketing companies like Byjus, Extramarks, Vedantu, etc. Some core companies like Symphony Steel, Pinnacle Infotech, etc., also visit the college for placements. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Some internships are also provided by the college, and most of them are from the core field.

Infrastructure: The college is located in a beautiful place. It is surrounded by various trees. Classrooms are very good in our college. The college provides a free library. For computer languages and mechanical design, classrooms are air-conditioned. Labs are well-decorated with updated machines. Students can find all machines in the workshop of college they need for their syllabus. Students can take a hostel, but the college takes extra money for the hostel. Hostel rooms are very good. The canteen provides good food and hostel food is also delivered by the college canteen. Overall, the condition is student-friendly. Badminton and volleyball courts are there on the college premises. The college organises annual sports every day. Separate cricket and football tournaments are also organised by the college.

Faculty: Every department has highly qualified teachers. They teach very carefully. They provide notes and take the class exam every week. There are doubt clearing classes. The workshop is very good. Students can get every necessary machine for their course. If students follow everyday class carefully, then exams become very easy for them. The pass percentage is 30%.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have loved machines since my childhood. I am satisfied to get a chance in mechanical engineering. Actually, the condition of the mechanical department is very poor. It provides low placements compared to other departments. The college provides very good knowledge. Students can apply for a national scholarship, Swami Vivekananda scholarship, Aikyashree, and Oasis scholarship. Various types of events are organised by the college like a hackathon, Robo competition, logo making competition, etc. Every year the college organises an annual fest, tech fest, etc.

It is a good college for students to gain knowledge.

Placements: In our college, more than 65% of students got placed in some good companies. Some core companies come for mechanical engineering, like BMWLT, Pinnacle, Nitson & Amitsu etc. Some marketing companies like BYJU's, Extramarks, etc., come here. The highest package is 10 LPA by BYJU's, and the average package is 3 LPA. More than 40% of students got paid internships according to their talent. Top roles offered in our course are service engineer, production engineer, quality engineer etc.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are in good condition. The labs are digital, and there are CCTV cameras in each classroom. The campus has Wi-Fi, but not in the whole campus. The canteen food is good, and the canteen is available 24 hours. There are yearly sports organised by the college.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, and they done PhDs in the their subjects. They are knowledgeable of their technical subject. The teaching quality is good. Some courses are provided by NPTEL which help us in the interview process. Semester exams are easy if you study. The pass percentage is 60%.

Other: I chose this course because I want to go to in GME course. In this college, all students are friendly. There are 2 fests organised in our college, technical fest and a cultural fest.

Good college for technical knowledge and for future.

Placements: In our college more than 60% student placed some good company. But basically most of the company are marketing like byjus, extramark, also some core company for mechanical engineering like pinnacle, shyam steel, etc. The highest package is 10 lac by byjus and average package is 3.5 lac. More than 50% student get paid internship according to their talent. Top roles offered in our course is like quality engineer, service engineer.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are good in conditions for technical knowledge there are cctv in every class room and benches are separated for girls and boys. In the college building wi-fi is available but not in the whole campus. There are separate hostel for boys and girls and also available canteen food, facility is good in canteen. There are yearly sports events done by the college but some times in free time in college campus college organize sports like cricket, Batmation etc.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified they done Ph.D. in their relative subject. Well knowledge in their technical subject. Their teaching quality is so good easy to understand to every student. Some courses are provided by NTPEL which help in the interview process. Yearly 2 semester exams are conducted which is not so hard to pass. It is moderate exam. The pass percentage is 60% in the exam.

Other: In my batch there are total 40 students. All the students are so friendly. I chose this course because mechanical is evergreen stream and from childhood I love to explore new things and be a part of future technology improvement. There are 2 fest organized in our college one is technical fest and other is culture fest.

Placements: Approximately 50% of the students got placed from our ME and B.Tech courses. Approximately 80% of the students got placed from CSE and ECE branches. Top recruiting companies here are Pinnacle, TCS, Infosys, Vedantu, Byju's, etc. Approximately 30% of the students got internships in the 2nd or 3rd year. From our department, most of the students got a job in the management sector.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average here like other private engineering colleges in West Bengal. Most of the books available in the library are of the older edition. Wi-Fi is available here, but it is provided only for faculty members and not for students. Paid Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. The quality of food served in the hostel and canteen is not good, and most of the food items are non-vegetarian.

Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and well-qualified, but they have less industrial knowledge. Their teaching quality is good to score good marks in semester exams. The course curriculum is relevant to prepare students for government exams like GATE, IES and other state-level engineering examinations, etc. This course does not make students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am very much interested in automobile engineering, and I want to study further in this domain. I think our college should be improved at providing practical knowledge rather than just focusing on theoretical knowledge. Ullash is the biggest cultural event organised here, while TechnoTronix is a tech-fest organised once a year.

Review of Techno Engineering College, Banipur.

Placements: There are no enough students in the mechanical engineering branch because of scope for mechanical engineers in the market. About 55% of the students get placed from this course. Many companies visit here for placements. Many students get selected with a very good salary package like 35 LPA.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility. Labs, classrooms and the library are moderate and not high-class. I stay in the mess. I heard that the food served in the hostel is not good enough. There is not any facility regarding medical as I know in 3 years of my college life. However, there are really good arrangements for many sports. Every year our college organises the annual sports day in such a good manner.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very good. They help us in every possible way. They make us learn how to achieve something which we want and make us learn many more things which are important for job interview purposes. They teach well, and if we don't understand, they repeat it again until we understand it.

Other: My name is Abhay Pal, and I am currently pursuing B.Tech from Techno Engineering College, Banipur. From my childhood, I want to become a mechanical engineer. This branch is very interesting than other courses, so I chose it. There is a lot of knowledge about engines and practical things.
