Placements: 50% of students got placed in my course. The monthly package offered in my course is Rs 25,000 - Rs 30,000. Recruiting companies are HL Mando, Jai Balaji, Linamar, Ceat Tyres, etc. 50% of students got internships from your course.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, whasroom, and bathroom. Very good quality of the facilities in our hostel, the quality of food available in the mess and canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games. It has very good infrastructure and buildings.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good. This course curriculum is relevant. It does make the students industry-ready. Semester exams are very hard at this college. 90% is the pass percentage.

Good college, but placement is not so good.
Placements:
Placement is not so good, and the salary offered by the company is very low. Placement ranges from 30% to 35% for their course. The highest package offered is 9 LPA, the average package offered is 5 to 6LPA, and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA. TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, and Godrej are some recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel is very good, neat and clean, but the charges are high. There is also a problem of chief, Good lab and workshop support, Adequate Wi-Fi, classroom and learning space, and average but livable hostel conditions. While hostel food and Wi-Fi could be better, core facilities and safety are well-maintained, and there are sufficient opportunities for extracurricular activities and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Curriculum design follows the MAKAUT (WBUT) syllabus standard across West Bengal teaching colleges. Relevance to Industry. The curriculum includes core mechanical subjects + electives, but industry relevance is moderate unless supplemented by external certification. You will learn engineering drawing, CAD, thermodynamics, manufacturing, design, etc. Students often take online courses, such as NPTEL, Coursera, etc., or workshops to bridge gaps.
Other: Mechanical Engineering at AIEM provides a balanced academic experience. If you're passionate and self-driven, the infrastructure and faculty support can help you build strong technical and practical skills. With some improvements in industry interaction and modern lab tools, the course has great potential.

It is a good college for you, if you want to learn engineering at it's best.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. Around 81% of the students got placed in different firms like L&T, Wipro, Mother-Son, Anand Group, Tata Motor Related Companies, Infotech, Videocon, Byju's, etc. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. The lowest salary packages offered is 1.5 LPA. Some students got internships in different government companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is adequate. Classrooms are so clean and great to sit on. Labs are full of modern, smart, and necessary equipment. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and we can access all national and international journals in our library.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are quite good in our institute. They are smart, helpful, kind, and dedicated. They teach us the way we like. They are all well-qualified and high degree holders. They take classes regularly on digital platforms for this covid situation. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers clear our doubts personally that's the part I like the most.

It is a good college in Hooghly with better placements, Wi-Fi and value for money.
Placements: The placement section of our college is very good and beyond my expectation level. In our department, almost 50% of the students got placed in different sectors like IT, telecom, networking and marketing and core sector-related jobs. Roles offered are an associate engineer and assistant manager in different reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and our department is adequate. Classrooms are neat and clean, and labs have all the necessary instruments for performing the experiment. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. We can access national and international journals in our library.
Faculty: Faculty members are the key strength of our department. They are friendly, and they are philosophers and guides. We can get help from them in all situations. The syllabus is designed by our university, MAKAUT, which we are bound to follow. This syllabus is designed on the basis of the AICTE model curriculum, which is enough for students to become industry-ready.
Other: Events like cultural fest, tech fest, Agomoni, Poila Boisakh, Saraswati Puja and Biswakarma Puja are celebrated on our campus regularly.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Everything is good regarding campus placements in our college. About 90% of students get placed from our course. The highest salary package offered in our course is 2 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. There are top recruiting companies, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, only IT companies visited here.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good in our college. Hostels are also good, and the quality of food served in the mess is also good. There is a good Wi-Fi system in our college. Labs are also good, and the classrooms are well developed. The library is also good where we can go and read books for 1 or 2 hours every day.
Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful every year. They all are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their communication quality helps us a lot, and they share good knowledgeable thoughts with us so that we feel better. Our course is very relevant, and our teachers make us ready for the industry.
Other: I chose this course because I want to work in the industry. So, I will gain a lot of experience and make myself a good and knowledgeable human being. Events and fest will be organised by our college every year to grow a good communication with other students.

Overall, it is a good college.
Placements: The college provides us with the opportunities to make our future in core companies with an average package of almost 4 LPA. You can also be part of those companies related to marketing and others. Placements are good, and they are promising to call upon more core companies.
Infrastructure: Lots of syllabus and other related books are available in the library. They provide 5 books at a time to read, and the library is open for the whole day to sit and read. The hostel is good, with proper maintenance and with good people to live. No Wi-Fi is available.
Faculty: The teachers are friendly, and they teach you with all their efforts. They try to make you understand every topic. If there is any problem, they will try harder to make you understand the concept clearly.
Other: Students from different states come here. The campus environment is friendly, and we live happily there.
