Placement opportunities are very few for civil engineer but this things is not only with our college

Placements: Only three core companies have come to the placement cell. Mostly, CSE related companies are coming for the placement to our college, but this scenario is not in our college. This problem is with every AKTU affiliated private colleges. The things are same and only that differs is CSE company, which offer only Rs. 10,000 per month on an average job that gives to the students. The percentage of the students is less.

Infrastructure: I will give 10 out of 10 to my college. The teaching faculty members are very good, and they are very cooperative with other students and me even. They help the student as much as they can. The lab facilities and instruments in the labs are fairly enough. The library with the capacity of 250 students are provided, you can find almost every book regarding your particular branch.

Faculty: In our college, every teaching faculty are well-qualified. They have enough things and experience to share with us, which is very helpful. In case of teaching department, our college is far ahead of most of the AKTU affiliated college. In our branch (civil) there are total 8 sections (including all branch) total 8 faculty members are there.

Dissatisfied as they do not provide co-curricular activities.

Placements: Almost, there are zero placements in civil and the mechanical branch. No civil and mechanical companies visit there, but the college will still say it's the student fault. A few mechanical and civil branch students get placed in BPO's, which is different for our stream. There is an average placement for CSE branch.

Infrastructure: All the classes are air-conditioned and beautiful except the classes provided for the first-year students. A/Cs do not properly work in the classes provided for the first-year. From the second year onwards, all the classes are beautiful and properly air-conditioned. The college is neat and clean. The Wi-Fi enabled infrastructure, but the speed is slow. The library is the only place, where the Wi-Fi works properly. The Wi-Fi does not reach the civil and mechanical department building. You prefer only your internet in this college. The medical facilities are poor, and you will not find anyone in the medical cell after 1 pm. Once my friend got an injury, the college takes one hour just for bringing the pain spray so that you can imagine. There is no sports room in our college. The sports rooms are provided only for the hostlers, but they have the various restrictions. The students are not allowed to play cricket on the ground because it can damage their ground. So, the students are randomly selected for the photo shoot for a pose like they are playing. The labs and the hostel rooms are of good quality.

Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, well-experienced, and helpful. They provide the notes for the students. There is no industrial visit for the first and the second year students. The management of this college is poor. The advice and the director are early minded. There are many centres of excellence, but all are useless because you are only allowed on summer vacation to practice any course, and you also have to pay for it, and mainly useless for the hostlers.

Other: The advice and the director discriminate in girls and boys. They believe that girls shorts are the reason for the boy's misbehaviour. Girls are not allowed to step out, who are wearing shorts.

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or appearing in 2025. There is no age limit for the candidates. Candidate with below mentioned eligibility are also eligible: Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA. SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects. A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. 2024 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE). Counselling
