Good infrastructure and a very strict college.
Placements: The percentage of placement is around 70 percent in this college. The highest package is of 1 crore and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA, and the average package is around 5 to 6 LPA. From my course of civil engineering, fewer students got internships in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is very unique and amazing, based on German infrastructure. The library of this college is great, with a good environment and lots of books. The food quality of the hostel mess is not good enough, and they never organize any fest.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are very helpful, and they also provide mentors for every single particular student. This is very good. The semester exams of this college are of moderate difficulty level. To get good marks in exams, they often take a number of tests.

Information about Civil Engineering branch in AKGEC.
Placements: There are many companies for computer-related branches, but here there are only 2–3 companies for the civil engineering branch. This year, 4 to 5 companies came for Mechanical Engineering and EN also. Some IT sector-aligned companies allow civil and mechanical branches too.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is too good. Hostels are also good. There is a lot of greenery in college. Other colleges' students also raise the infrastructure of our college. But there is no AC in classes, so we have a lot of problems in the summer. It is very hot in the summer on the upper floors.
Faculty: Faculty members are good in the civil engineering branch. All faculty members are well-graduated. The exam system is not too good in college; it is just average. They do not consider any medical conditions. They will debar you if you do not have 70% attendance. There were sessional tests, pre-university tests, and university tests.

Overall it is a good average college.
Placements: The highest package offered in civil in 2022 was in crores. You can check it on Google and 80 -85 % students are placed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good and hostel is the best. The college is big in area and it has thousands of trees that give good and pure air. Our hostels are clean and mess food is average but mess staffs is very generous.
Faculty: Faculty team is very helpful and they guide us gently. Exams are held very seriously and no cheating is allowed. The exams are held under AKTU surveillance and guidance. We should take exams seriously because if we are found cheating in the exams then we will not be able to give them.

Absolutely satisfied with infrastructure, facilities, good library but dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: The percentage of placement of students in Ajay Kumar garg engineering college is not too good for civil branch. The highest package of placement in civil is nearly INR 8 Lacs per annum, average package is about INR 3 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is INR 1 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting company in civil is Cement.
Infrastructure: The facilities for the students in this college is awesome and the infrastructure of the civil department is too good, there is free usage of WIFI in the library and the teaching are done using smart board. The quality of food in the mess of the college campus is not too good, its average, canteens are good, and there are good medical facilities.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are helpful for the students in every situation. All the teachers are well qualified and the teaching style is also good. But the presence of a teacher in the classroom is not on time. The practical knowledge of the civil is not good. The semester exams are not too tough, its average.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to get a government job. Teachers needs to improve practical knowledge. There are no events organized.

Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Around 75% of students got placed in our college. The minimum salary package offered was 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered off-campus was 1.15 crore per annum and on-campus was 35 LPA - 40 LPA. Computer science students get good placements but in civil engineering, there is less scope for placements because students have to learn different coding languages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good but the lecture theatre doesn't have air-conditioners and plaster on the wall. Classrooms are hot during summer so students can't concentrate and focus on their studies due to a lot of suffocation. Hostel food is not good.
Faculty: There is one exam in a month like ST-1, ST-2, PUT-1, and PUT-2 which are compulsory. Faculty members in our college are supportive and teach on a smart board with PPTs. Students who want to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, etc., don't have extra time because there are a lot of assignments to complete and regular exams with intervals of months. They conduct exams every month.
Other: Our college didn't organise fests and freshers for the last 3 years. We attend classes regularly.

Our college has good infrastructure and faculty members but there are no placements in CE.
Placements: There are almost no campus placements in the civil branch. You have to go for off-campus placements. If you are thinking about computer-related branches like CS, CS&IT, CSE, etc., then you can join this college because these branches have very good placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. I give 4 stars because of the Wi-Fi facilities and hostel mess facilities. On campus and in classrooms, Wi-Fi is very slow. In college hostels, plates are dirty and the food quality is average. Labs are available and good enough in every branch.
Faculty: Faculty members are above-average and are available every time when you need them both offline or online mode. A huge and peaceful library is also available here so your studies are going to be very good if you seriously want to study. Exams are conducted every month like sessional tests, class tests, pre-university tests, etc.

It provides good infrastructure, facilities, and teachers, but placements are average
Placements: There are no placements for civil engineering, because civil engineering is also not interested in on-campus placements instead, they have other goals in the government sector. But computer-related branches have 100% of placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Wi-Fi is good in hostels and laboratories. But Wi-Fi is very slow on campus, and the classrooms are also available. Medical facilities are provided. There are different grounds and places for many types of sports and games. Mess facility is not good in hostels, especially 2nd-year boys hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are available in extra time to clear the doubts. This college conducts many tests like a sessional test, second sessional test, revised sessional test, and pre-university test. The pass percentage is very good, and around 2-3 three students per year get ranked in the top 10.

This college is not good for the core branches.
Placements: I think that 75% of the students get placement if they are from CS branch but there is no placement for Civil Engineering Branch. Very less percentage of students got internship from the college therefore they apply for the off campus internship. There are no roles offered in this course by the college. Infact this college is very supportive for the core branches.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the Civil department is good but some of the labs are not well maintained. Wi-Fi in the college is not good, its network is very low and its speed is very bad. If you want to do some college work on your laptop in the college then the Wi-Fi is very bad.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are good but not all of them. Semester exams in the college are quite difficult which is also good for the students. This course is curriculum relevant but it does not make the students industry ready. And the pass percentage in the college is around 40%.
Other: I think that for the Civil Engineering branch, college should provide placement for the students because there is no placement for the Civil students.
