Master of Computer Applications (MCA) - Batch of 2024
1.4

Very bad college. Don't choose this college.
Placements: There are no placements in this college. Mostly, students got jobs through referrals from the teachers. No decent jobs they got after MCA from this college. You have to do another language course in another state. The highest package offered was 2.2 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 1.6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. Computer labs are good. A good number of PCs are present. Classrooms are good. There are no hostels for boys and girls. There is no playground. The library is good, and all types of technology books are available.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. They have done their Master's. They are not experienced. Faculty members do not give importance to the students. The course curriculum is controlled by the university BPUT. There are two semesters in a year, and each semester has two sessions, which are conducted by the college.

No placements not worthy money .
Placements: There is no placement at all. Students doing internship in online with different companies. Last year some local brands come for campus interview they select 10-16 students. Average package they offered was 1.5 Lacs per annum. Mostly student search jobs outside after the course completed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is avarage. Wi-Fi only in the class. Computer labs are good numbers of computers present for practice of students. Library is average all types of books not available. There is a canteen present. A girls hostel inside the campus no boys hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are quite experienced. They clear our doubts. But the problem is they not finish the syllabus in time. There are two semester in a year conducted by the University BPUT. The sessional are conducted by the college. Projects and all lab works are submitted to the college. The questions in semesters are moderate level.

Not a good college for placement. But if you need a degree then join this college.
Placements: There is no placement at all. Students are doing courses like Java and C+ programs online. Students are doing internships by themselves. Students search for outside jobs by themselves and join. Mostly analyst, senior analyst, data entry, etc. jobs are there. Last year, no companies came to this college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. Labs are good and there are a good number of computers for practice. For our department's computer branch, special classes and computer rooms are available. There is a canteen inside the college. There is no boys hostel and a girls hostel inside the campus .
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are also highly educated. The course is difficult; it is a two-year course. The course makes us ready for the IT sector. There are two semesters in a year conducted by BPUT. Each semester has two sessions, which are conducted by the college.

Satisfied with the college.
Placements: I am studying MBA operation and management in ABA, Balasore. The teaching faculty members are good. It provides recruitment facilities with good annual package to the students. Organisation like Jyoti Motors. , ultratech cement visited the college for recruitment.
Infrastructure: The college has well-equipped computer lab, library, multipurpose hall. It's infrastructure is very good. It is around 2-3 km from highway. It also facilitate with hostel and canteen for the students from far distance. College faculty members and other staff are very cooperative.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified and registered in biju Patnaik University also very helpful. The courses like marketing, Human resources, operation management and finance management are trending in the industrial market which could get a job early. It makes ready to students for the industry.
Other: I chose operation and management as my specialisation because it would boost up my career as my education background includes engineering in Electrical specialisation.

Our college provides very good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 1,00,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 85,000 per month. All sectors of the financial industry, including banking and E-commerce companies visited our college.
Infrastructure: The boys' hostel was good. The infrastructure of our college was good compared to other colleges. Our college had good corridors and departments. We had a sports department.
Faculty: All teachers were well-qualified and highly knowledgeable. There were around 20 teachers in our college. They provided knowledge and solved all our problems. They were the best in their fields. They were very helpful and kind. We were taught about the current state of our society based on the latest information available.
Other: There were around 150 students in our class.

Overall, our college is good.
Placements: Nearly about 70-80 students from our course got placed. The lowest salary package offered was nearly about 1.2 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Very few students want to join as interns. Mostly, reputed companies have been disclosed, so I don't know about them properly. The top role offered is mostly a developer, while the rest depends on students how they perform in the interview.
Infrastructure: Our college has proper classrooms and good and proper labs. There are also a library, playground and different hostels for boys and girls. Sports are played during sports week, and 24x7 Wi-Fi facility is available for students.
Faculty: All the teachers here are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They all are from well-known universities. Their teaching quality is well, but it depends on students how they feel it. The course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready, but to gain knowledge, it is much helpful.
Other: Our college organises a lot of different kinds of activities like a freshers party, welcome ceremony, sports week, etc.
