Memories and Milestones: A Glimpse into College Life at APC Roy Polytechnic.

Placements: About 70% of students get placements in companies like siemens, thought works, wipro, blue star, and so on. They get placements in term of packages like 5.3 lpa and more. They got the highest package of this year in thought works as an engineer of package of 6.4 lpau00a0 ' my seniors also get 3.2 lpa in royal research. They play the job role of an analyst, an assistant electrical engineer and as a design engineer, test executive etc. Students also get interns in these companies by tier own they also earn stipend from these internships.

Infrastructure: The collegiate experience at acharya prafulla chandra roy polytechnic is vibrant and captivating. There is a lot of energy on campus, creating a vibrant atmosphere that promotes student engagement and collaboration. Our college has mainly 2 buildings with 3 & 4 floors respectively . Our college, has his own wifi connectivity all over the campus. In our branch, we have 2 separate classrooms and 1 computer lab with 1 programming lab. Our college also has common canteen, library, and college ground. In our canteen students can avail food at affordable prices . In the college ground, students also play games like football, cricket, volley, etc. There is also a common room where students can play cards & carrom if they want to. The institution actively plans a variety of events, including as sporting events and cultural festivals, giving students a stage on which to display their abilities and create lifelong relationships.the college host their anual fest program named as metamorphosis . Some musical conserts also arranged here by the studnets and some outsider performences too by the college union . Acharya prafulla chandra roy polytechnic's campus is a thriving community where students flourish. Students often gather for casual talks and group study sessions amid communal rooms and green spaces. There are a lot of events and activities on the college calendar, from intense sporting tournaments to cultural celebrations.the anual sports as the intra departmental sports event named as polympic . The campus, which is decorated with flora and common areas, acts as a gathering place for students to participate in group projects and informal discussions.with its good campus connectivity, acharya prafulla chandra roy polytechnic ensures accessibility for students via multiple modes of transportation. Students from a variety of backgrounds can commute to the campus conveniently by train, bus, or metro. It's situated near the jadavpur railway station and it's approximately 600 meters away from the 8b bus stand of jadavpur . We can reach out there by metro also the nearest metro is ravindra sarovar metro station . It assures that students may easily access the university mot only in the time of college start but also when it closes at 5:00 pm generally. Our college is situated near the high way road its about 15 minutes walking distance from the southcity mall . In our college it has fully wlan wifi connectivity and also good network connectivity.

Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and cooperative in manner of teaching, ought solving, and all. They also prepare us to deal with our future work presentations and industrial problems. The course curriculum is well structured, which makes a student industry ready. The semester exams are not very difficult, but it varies by the preparation taken by the student. I am living my life's most amazing years. This is not only a platform to take academic education but also a experience for becoming a human being. Other: I've keen interest in electronics and I want to make it my professions so I've chosen this course.

Fully satisfied with the faculty with great placements every year.

Placements: Supervisor post in TATA Power, IT sector job in Thoughtworks and L&T job. 94% students are placed in our course. The average package offered in our course is between 7 Lacs per annum to 3 Lacs per annum. 90% students from our course got internship in above mentioned companies.

Infrastructure: There is a super facility of a Wi-Fi connection in our college which is opened to all and having a great internet speed. For The Labs in our college is our college is only a college which is allotted for 120 kW also having several heavy machineries and modern machines which of these costs in Lacs. Our hostel facility of our college is lacking since 2019 and the hostel facility has stopped after that year. In our college there are many smart rooms with big displays as well as normal classrooms With that a huge library section is there which contains a lots of departmental subjects related books and internship related books.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful with that several Ph.D. professors and also teachers pass out from different IITs also teachers claiming the gazetted officer designation in them. Yes the course is more curriculum relevant than any theory based course And of course it makes students industry ready. Semester exams are not very difficult it may be said that the exams are in standard level. Passing percentage is 40%.

Our college is the best college.

Placements: Around 80% of placements are provided this year with the highest salary package of 6 LPA in Diploma. Companies like Thoughtworks, Tata power, Wabag, Wood PLC, Capgemini, CESC, ITC, and many more came for placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure. Especially for the electrical department. There are many instruments and apparatus. Hostel facility is not provided.

Faculty: College is the best because we have the best faculty. They create the best question set which includes theoretical, practical, and conceptual knowledge.

Other: Electrical Engineering is the best. Half of the college comprises of electrical workshops and laboratories.

This is a very good college with good quality labs and helpful teachers.

Placements: Around 80-90% of students were placed in our course. Top recruiting companies are Tata Power, L&T, Mendo, Elector meter, etc. Around 70-80% of students got internships from this course. The highest average salary offered is Rs.25000 per month and the lowest average salary offered is Rs.13000 per month.

Infrastructure: Classrooms in our college are well decorated. Every room has good quality class board. Every room has a lab which is quite vast. There is a Wi-Fi connection in our college. The canteen is very good. The food provided is delicious. Medical facilities are also good. The campus is quite huge and well decorated. Surroundings are clean on campus.

Best government. Polytechnic college in terms of placements.

Placements: Placements are great as every other year. Most of the students got placements in campus interviews, around 60%. Many students went for B.Tech degrees. The top recruiters are TCS, LNTI, Orient, Phillips, Havells, etc. The highest salary offered is around 40k/month and the lowest salary offered is 15k/month. The average salary offered is around 25k/month. Many students got internships during their study in the 2nd year. The top role offered is Diploma Trainee Electrician.

Infrastructure: Our college has tons of facilities and infrastructures. There is free Wi-Fi for each student inside the college premises. The classrooms are big and full of air. The bathrooms are neat and clean. There is a central library for students where they can take any book they wanted relating to their study curriculum. There are no hostel facilities in our college. The canteen is available and the food quality is average for the pricing.

Faculty: The faculty members are really great and very helpful. The teachers are also very helpful and knowledgeable too. They also have many years of industry experience. Top engineering college for electrical engineers.

Placements: Placement opportunities are really great in our college. More than 80% of students get placement in various companies in this academic year. The top recruiters are TCS, WIPRO, BAJAJ, ORIENT, PHILLIPS, etc. The highest package is provided by BAJAJ around 35k per month and the lowest salary is 19500 rs. per month. The average salary is 26k per month. Many students get internships in many big MNCs during their 2nd and 3rd year. The top role is diploma trainee engineers.

Infrastructure: The college facilities are excellent but there is no hostel facility available. But there is Wi-Fi inside of the college for students use. The Wi-Fi speed is good enough but not so fast. The classrooms are big and full of light. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. A central library is situated on the 3rd floor of the college. It is a big library and students can find any books they wanted to. The canteen is there but the food quality is average. A big playground is situated beside the college where students can take part in many sports activities.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in our college and they are always there for us. The teaching quality is also very good so we understand very complex problems very easy way. Every teacher is well qualified with many years of industry experience. The course curriculum is very well organized and it helps us to grow in the future. The semester exams are easy in the 1st year but by the 2nd year it becomes very hard and you have to study regularly to pass the exams. Around 80% of students pass.

I am satisfied with our college because of its faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: Approximately 70% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Wipro, and Thought Works. In the current year, we haven't got any internships. Electrician and worker in a power plant are top roles in our course.

Infrastructure: Our college provides free Wi-Fi. Our lab equipment is modern and classrooms are neat and clean. The library provides us 2 books at a time. The facilities of the hostels are good enough, and the food they provide is healthy (not too much oily ). The taste of the food in the canteen is very good. Our college conducts an intra college tournament every year.

Faculty: Teachers here are the best among all polytechnic institutions. Their teaching skills are tremendous. Many teachers help us with our problems also. They are like our guide in the field of electrical engineering. This course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate not so difficult. Some subjects seem difficult but the faculty members make it easier for us. The passing mark is 35%.

Other: I wanted to become an electrical engineer so I choose this. The best thing is it makes students industry-ready and we are placed before completing our studies. It would be better if they focus a little bit more on personality development and communication skills. Programs organised by the college and students are very good and joyful.
