Placements: About 70% of students get placements in companies like thought works, Infosys, blue star, and so on. They get placements in terms of packages like 6.1 LPA and more. They play the job role of an analyst, an assistant software devoloper, data analytic etc. Students also get interns in these companies by their own; they also earn stipend from these internships. Students get higher packages as 8.2 LPA low as 3.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college, the acharya prafulla chandra roy polytechnic, has its own wi-fi connectivity all over the campus. In our branch of computer science technology, we have 2 separate classrooms and 1 computer lab with 1 programming lab. Our college also has common canteen, library, and college ground. Students can get an of food in at prices in our canteen. In the college ground, students also play games like football, cricket, volley, etc. There is also a common room where students can play cars & carrom if they want to. We also has a library where we can borrow books for free.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and cooperative in manneer of teaching, dought solving, and all. They also take class test to exmaine the preparation taken by each student. They will prepare us through our they will also prepare us to deal with our future work presentations and industrial problems. The course curriculum is well structured, which makes a student industry ready. The semester exams are not very different, but it vary by the preparation taken by the student.
Other: I've keen interest on computer programming and I want to make it my professions. I want to be a backed devoloper so, I've choose this course. In our college there is mainly 2 functions hosted one is the freshers welcome and another is the college fest [ metamorphosis ] hosted by the student's union.

They get placements in term of packages like 5.3 lpa and more like 6.2 lpa, low as 2.8lpa on an average. They play the job role of an analyst, an assistant software engineer, data base manager etc. Students also get interns in these companies on their own. They also earn stipends from these internships.

The library also has more than 3000 books in total and it also has a capacity of 80 people to study at a time.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and cooperative in manner of teaching, doubt solving, and everything else. They also prepare us to deal with our future work presentations and industrial problems. The course curriculum is well structured, which makes a student industry ready. The semester exams are not very difficult, but it vary by the preparation taken by the student. The average passing percentage in the semester exams is 95.
Other: I've keen interest in programming and I want to make it my professions so I've chosen this course.

Reviewing my own college with great opportunities of acharya prafulla chandra ray Polytechnic.
Placements: I am a student a of Acharya Prafulla Chandra Ray Polytechnic pursuing Diploma in Computer Science and Technology. Our course is a 3year Diploma course. In our course approximately 40% students get placements on campus. After completing B.Tech the numbers may increase. Still this information can vary. The average package of students is 4LPA it can as high as 5.3 LPA but also low as 2.5LPA. For recruiting companies like, Blue Star, Thought Works, Wipro come for our course also they provide some internships from these companies where Infosys, Capgemini can be included. Companies recruit for the roles like Project Manager, Data entry specials, Data analyst etc.
Infrastructure: The faculty members here are very co operative and helpful, the student-faculty ratio is 4:1. We have 2 classrooms, Labs for C, Python, Java etc. We've 3 computer labs for our department. There is also a common library for students. We've a two separate bathrooms in each floor of our college building. A big ground is there where students can play in off period. A common students room where student can play indoor games TT, Chess, Carrom are very common. There is also a Canteen or food court with lower priced foods.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They clear every topics related to our syllabus. They also provide Study materials in pdf form so the student can access it easily. Some of them also take weakly test to examine our improvements. The difficult level to pass the semester exam is below average student can easily pass the exam if they prepare good for it to do more better student should acquire knowledge from their study materials.
Other: I've a keen interest about computer Science and machines learning so, I pursued for this course. College union hosts a annual fest named as METAMORPHOSIS and a annual sports named as POLYMPIC. Every department of our college host their annual magazine for their own students' extra curriculum activities like photography, writing, drawings etc.

Our college is the number one polytechnic in India.
Placements: Almost 60-70% of students are placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. There are many top companies like Wipro, Capgemini, and L&T recruiting in our course. There are 50% of students who get their internships in L&T, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.
Infrastructure: This college is the best polytechnic college in India so there will be nothing doubtful in infrastructure and course systems. Classrooms are big, neat, and clean. The library is good, where you can find many types of books. Labs and Wi-Fi areas are so well maintained. The college has a good canteen and medical facilities. But this college doesn't provide mess or hostel facilities.
Faculty: Every teacher has a fan base. The teachers are so friendly and helpful. Their teaching techniques are unique and interesting. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are not too much difficult, if there is any problem then teachers will help you till the last moment. The pass percentage is very impressive, and every year, almost 98% of students pass out.
Other: I chose this course because there was no other better option than this. The best thing is lab facilities and system management.

It is the best college in West Bengal.
Placements: Almost 95% of students got placement from the electrical engineering course. Almost 90% of students got placement from the mechanical engineering course. About 75% of students got placement from the civil engineering course. Companies like ITC Paperboards, L&T, Tata Power, Mjunction, Wipro, Thoughtworks, etc., visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: There is 6 access point in our college. It has one central library, and a Wi-Fi facility is available all the time. Many labs are available there. It has a workshop for electrical and mechanical courses. There are welding, carpentry, and electrical workshops. It also has a robotics lab. It is ELSI enabled college.
Faculty: Teachers are very good in our college. They explain every topic. Their teaching quality is very good. But day by day, computer science faculty members are getting down as many teachers get transferred to another college. I gave 3 semesters in offline mode and 3 in online mode due to COVID-19.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have an interest in this field. I am from the 2021 pass-out batch, and now I got placed in L&T Smart World Cyber Security company. Our college organises a fest named metamorphosis and a freshers day.
