This is a good college and placement in 2025.

Placements: 100% of students got placed in the department of packaging technology at Birla Institute of Technology. Many companies gives many types of salary packages. The highest salary package is 4.2 LPA and 1.64 LPA. Top requiring company is Borkar Packaging Pvt Ltd. 100% of students got internships in the same company.

Infrastructure: Our college buildings are too old but a new multi-store building has been built on the college campus. There is no Wi-Fi available. Labs are good but there is no chemistry lab. Classrooms are big and clean but after long holidays, branches are dusty. No boys' hostel here. Cricket is played here.

Faculty: Our department teachers are very good. Every teacher is knowledgeable and has good teaching skills. We understood everything easily. Teachers make suggestions for better result. This course curriculum is relevant and students are ready for the industry. Semester examinations are tough. The passing percentage is 78%.

It is the best polytechnic college in West Bengal.

Placements: 70% of students get placed in my course from my college. Many companies offer the highest salary package of 5.6 LPA. The lowest salary package is 1.2 LPA. International Paper, Borkar Packaging Private Limited, etc., are the top requiring companies for our course. 95% of students get internships in Borkar Packaging Private Limited. The top role offered is packaging specialist.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are digital, clean, and big. Many labs are here but some lab instruments are old so using those is very risky. No Wi-Fi is available. A big library is here on the 1st floor. There is a girls' hostel with 65 students capacity on campus. Many boy's and girls' mess facilities are available here. Carrom and cricket are played by students.

Faculty: Teachers teach us in an advanced way like projectors. In summer, our classes are in AC rooms. Teachers are very helpful and friendly so we learn easily. They provide notes before exams. Every student becomes ready to work in industry. Semester examinations are tough. The pass percentage is 60%.

It is a great and helpful college.

Placements: Not alot of placements were available for BCA students but the ones that were present were quite competitive too as we were asked to have some background knowledge on MCA on top of already having knowledge about BCA course as well that we were studying for.

Infrastructure: All the necessary equipments were available. Air conditions were always working and so were the lab computers. Wi-Fi is pretty strong as well. Everything else is also well maintained from classrooms to canteens. Canteen food is also fresh and hygienic.

Faculty: I took a 3 year BCA course and it was a very good experience for me, overall. Very Informative as well as the teachers who were willing to support us whenever necessary. Study material was also available whether it's the class presentations or the amount of books available in the library.

Other: I chose the BCA course because of interest in computer applications mainly how they work and I gained alot of knowledge during my time here. I also some made some wonderful contacts.

Our college is good and has good faculty members.

Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered is Rs. 5,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 3,000 per month. Many companies visit our college to recruit students.
