AIIMS Delhi Admission 2026: Dates, Courses, Fees, Eligibility Criteria, Selection, Cutoff

Candidates have to meet both the eligibility and entrance exam requirements to get admission in MBBS programme. Aspirants need to appear for NEET and get a good rank to secure a seat in the institute. The UG and PG students who get hostel at AIIMS Delhi campus are required to submit hostel fee from along with the tuition fee, every semester. For Junior residents, however, the hostel fee is deducted from salary. In addition to this, a hostel security deposit fee of INR 1,000 at the time of joining/ application. The NTA NEET registration procedure is completely online. The process of NEET application is given below:

• Visit the NEET website -neet.nta.nic.in.
• Click on the Registration link.
• Read all the instructions and register with personal details such as name, contact details, password, etc. to generate the application number and password.
• Verify OTP received through SMS and email.
• Log in and fill up the application form.
• Upload the documents (photograph, signature, finger and thumb impressions of both hands, category certificate).
• Pay the application fee in online mode through credit/debit card, net banking, and UPI.
• Submit and save the form.

Candidates can get admission at AIIMS Delhi with out NEET for various courses such as BSc, MSc, MD etc. However, if students want to get admission in MBBS, they must appear for NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS.

Yes, you can AIIMS Delhi with an INI CET rank of 200 if you belong to the General AI category. For this category, the last round of AIIMS Delhi INI CET cutoff 2026 ranged from 2 to 8545. Hence, with a rank of 200, you can avail admission at this institution.

The AIIMS Delhi OBC cutoff 2026 was published for admission to the MD and MS courses and their various specialisations based on the INI CET entrance exam. 

For the OBC category students belonging to the All India category, the overall cutoff ranged from 1 to 16296. Hence, a rank of at least 16296 is needed to be qualified for admission.

The total tuition fee for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi is INR 6,100. However, this information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. fee payment is to be made in cash.

Students must note that cheques, drafts, money orders, etc. will not be accepted in any case and the extension of the date for payment of dues isn't permitted in any case. Other than the tuition fee, the institute charges a lot of other components in the total fee, such as registration charges, caution deposits, student union and laboratory fee. The NeXT Exam is conducted in two separate segments knows as ‘Steps’ in the online mode. The NExT Step 1 is a theoretical examination consisting of six papers. NExT Step 2 is a Practical / Clinical and Viva Voce examination covering seven clinical subjects or disciplines. The qualifying cutoff marks in NExT Step 1 will be calculated as whole number which will be considered as a Raw Scores with appropriate decimals and subsequently corresponding Percentages. The minimum marks for passing in NeXT are 50% or half of the maximum possible Raw for NExT Step 1.
