AIIMS Delhi Admission 2025: Dates, Courses, Fees, Eligibility Criteria, Selection, Cutoff

For 2024, AIIMS Delhi R1 closing cut off was 47 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi. NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

• MBBS: There is no seat reserved for OCI and NRI candidates. Foreign candidates must have atleast 60% aggregate with PCB and English in Class 12 or equivalent. 
• MSc: The eligibility criteria for the foreign candidates will be at par with the eligibility criteria for Indian candidates.
• MD/ MS/ MCh/ DM: A combined merit list of the sponsored/ foreign candidates is made. Seats are allotted purely on merit on the basis of performance in the entrance test

The top courses offered at AIIMS Delhi include MBBS, BSc Nursing, MD, MS, and several other courses. MBBS is the flagship programme of AIIMS Delhi offered for a duration of five and a half years. The MBBS course curriculum also includes a 12-month long, compulsory internship. AIIMS Delhi paramedical cutoff 2024 was concluded for a few UG courses. These courses include B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology, B.Sc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, Bachelor of Optometry (BOPTM) and Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imagine Technology (MRIT). The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were closed at a range of 132 and 856. For the OBC AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were between 150 and 1108. For the EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks were between 62 and 1158. As per the NEET UG last round cutoff 2025, the closing rank for the MBBS course was 207 for students belonging to the OBC category. Whereas in the first round, the closing rank for the same course was 206.

AIIMS Delhi Nursing cutoff 2024 was released for admission to BSc and MSc specialisations in nursing. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to All India and Home State quota candidates. Among the General AI category candidates, the last round closing ranks varied between 2 and 280. Therefore, it is possible to get admission at 70 rank, however, the only specialisation available at this rank is B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing. Among the General HS category candidates, the last round closing ranks varied between 35 and 174. Among the General HS category candidates, the specialisations offered at 70 rank are M.Sc. in Oncological Nursing, M.Sc. in Nursing ( Neuro Sciences Nursing), M.Sc. in Nursing ( Nephrological Nursing ) and M.Sc. in Nursing ( Psychiatric Nursing ).
