AIIMS Delhi Courses & Fees 2025: UG, PG, Doctorate, Advanced Masters Courses 2025

AIIMS Delhi BSc course is a full-time programme and follows a semester system. Each semester lasts six months. Depending on the specialisation, the course can vary in time duration. The curriculum for BSc at AIIMS Delhi covers core Science subjects, along with practical components.

Yes, AIIMS Delhi is almost free for all the programmes including MBBS MD MS PG Diploma M.Ch. DM DNB etc. For MBBS the admission charges (non-refundable) are INR 25 at the time of admission and INR 35 per day for the first 10 days. Other than this, there is no annual fee at AIIMS Delhi. Students must make a one-time payment between INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 which is the fee for the complete MBBS course of 5.5 years.

AIIMS Delhi offers a wide range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:

The top courses offered at AIIMS Delhi include MBBS, BSc Nursing, MD, MS, and several other courses. MBBS is the flagship programme of AIIMS Delhi offered for a duration of five and a half years. The MBBS course curriculum also includes a 12-month long, compulsory internship. Yes, AIIMS Delhi has 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and majority of this accommodation is for a single student/ residents/ married students or families. The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop and an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students.

The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached washrooms but this facility is only accessible in married accommodation along with a few hostels. In general, shared washrooms and bathrooms are available for the students.

The total tuition fee for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi is INR 6,080. However, this information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. fee payment is to be made in cash.

Students must note that cheques, drafts, money orders, etc. will not be accepted in any case and the extension of the date for payment of dues isn't permitted in any case.
