My two-year experience at AIMT.

Placements: College has a good placement record. The average salary package is 4.4 LPA. Companies offer competitive salaries for freshmen, and almost every student in the college gets placed. Companies like Cedcos, Medcho, Coursera, HDFC, PTC, etc. come for placements, and sometimes PhonePe and Infosys as well.

Infrastructure: Campus infrastructure is good, but the hostel facilities are lacking. The quality of food in the mess is below average, considering the price. There are 5–6 labs in the college, along with 2 canteens. College also has 5–6 grounds, including facilities for basketball, badminton, cricket, football, etc.

Faculty: Since the college is affiliated with Lucknow University, the exams are relatively tough compared to others, but not excessively so. Faculty members of this college are very helpful and exhibit friendly behavior. Almost all the teachers are Ph.D. holders, and they are highly experienced.

Other: College also provides transportation facilities and offers NCC and horseback riding, each with separate fees. AIMT is NBA-accredited and has a very good record in UP.

The college is average and does not meet expectations. Placements are average.

Placements: The BCA batch started in 2021, and there have been no placements for our BCA students in our college to date. Only BTech students are securing placements with packages ranging from 4 to 5 Lacs per annum. Internship opportunities in our course are minimal, with only 10 percent of students managing to secure them. Only 10 percent of students have been able to secure placements.

Infrastructure: Classrooms in our college are well-furnished, while the labs have average quality with low occupancy. Wi-Fi is available only on some computer systems in the labs, and students do not have access to Wi-Fi. The library is small with very few occupants.

Faculty: The faculty in this college is good but falls short of my expectations. The teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable, making it easy for us to clear our doubts. However, some teachers struggle to address student queries. While the first-year faculty members meet expectations, the quality of education and faculty declines as I progress to the second year.

Other: I chose this course to advance my career in the teaching field of software development. The best aspect of the course is that, like BTech, it focuses on skills in the teaching field but completes the BCA degree in only three years.
