B.Tech. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering - Batch of 2020
5.0
I am satisfied with the college because of good and helpful faculty members.
Placements: About 90% of the students get placed from college. The salary package offered was of 10 LPA. Students can visit and do internships for different companies and lots of companies visit to Noida campus.
Infrastructure: Our college has the best infrastructure. We have pubs, malls, and restaurants on campus. Wi-Fi facility is available, and celebrities are also visiting the college. It provides a great learning atmosphere. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, and labs are perfect. Sports facilities are also provided. We have a playground and a boxing ring.
Faculty: Our college provides a good quality education system. Our college has a good reputation all over the world, so its degree is valuable. Faculty members in our college are helpful.
Other: Our college provides a good infrastructure.

The college is worth the money.
Placements: ASET was affiliated to IP University, but placements were under Amity University Noida as Amity's placements were very good. Many companies visited the campus for placements. Almost 80% of the batch got placed within 2 weeks of placement drives. There was a one person one job policy. So once a person gets placed in a company, that person was not allowed to attend the interview conducted by another company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was pathetic. There was nothing. There was a tiny library. There are no playground and air-conditioning facilities. The computer lab was poor. There was a lot of scope for improvement, but due to lack of funds, the administration was not able to do anything. Now the college is shifted to Noida campus, so the infrastructure has improved.
Faculty: Faculty members and the course curriculum were up to the mark. As it lacks in infrastructure, the studies were not compromised. Exams and other activities were strictly monitored. Many colleges offer extra marks in terminal exams, but ASET was very strict in this. The course curriculum was broad and covered all the essential topics thoroughly.

The review of Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University.
Placements: The placements are not that good. There are only 25% of the students from each batch get placed in core companies. The rest of the students have to find the job by themselves, or they will be placed in mass recruiters. The placement cell is not professional. I would not like to recommend this college for the students who want to get placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Amity is beautiful and modern. Wi-Fi is decent, and the classrooms have a good seating arrangement. The cafeteria on H Block is good but expensive. Amity has its own food court with good brands like subway, dominos and others. The hostels are okay, but not very good. The coolers are not allowed in AC hostels.
Faculty: The faculty members of this college are not good. They are just average faculty with a master's degree, and they are less trained with the teaching methods. Practicals in the lab are good, but there is nothing new with the lab procedure. The college provides the industry exposure a few times in spite of located in Delhi NCR. The course curriculum is not up to the mark as most of the things taught are not applied in the modern industry.
Other: The college organises a fest named Amity Youthfest.

A good four years holiday from a study and stressful life.
Placements: I didn't get placed, but that is due to my incompetence. The college will provide you maximum opportunities in the placements for the students. There are mostly IT-sector companies, but the core placements are a few for mechanical, electrical, etc. If you are a part of placement committee, then you get the first opportunity to meet interviewers and increase your chances of getting selected. In 2014, the placement percentage was 60%, but the earlier batches got around 80%. The highest salary package in 2014 was 5 LPA(including perks). The companies that visit the campus are Wipro, HCL, Zycus, Voltas, Tech Mahindra, Sapient, etc. There are no internships from the college.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good on the campus. The Wi-Fi facility is all over the campus. The campus crowd is good. There are good fest occasions as celebrities keep on visiting the college because it is rich. The sports facilities are awesome. There are food courts in different blocks. There are counsellors on the campus, and one can enjoy the social life there. It's awesome just to enjoy four years of life as it gives you a lot of the chances to express through cultural programs.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality for my branch is average as they mostly concentrate on how to complete the syllabus. The teachers are unable to complete experiments and give practical marks on the basis of viva because we all know practicals are just a formality. If you have a good image in front of the teacher, then you will get good marks. We got industry exposure. The teaching methods by youngest are poor but by old faculty members are awesome through prompter. The course curriculum is good, but the implementation is poor.
Other: Every year, the fests are organised on the campus. The celebrities like Sonu Nigam, Kailas Kher, Siddharth, and movie promotions are done in the college.

Other: It's a very good college where the placement is assured. This is one of the best colleges in IP University for Engineering. Even Mechanical placements are also well this year. And the most important think, you don't have to work about your attendance.

Other: The college faculty members are very good as they always backed us and helped us with everything they have and they helped us in our projects also. During that time you got to know your skills and things that you are good at so that you can work on them and you can make that even better.

Other: It’s a good college with excellent academic, placement and infrastructure. Here, the life of student is awesome. Innovation is in its air. You can learn variety of things here. The food inside its canteen is awesome. If you are willing to innovate something then it’s a great place where the college will support you in every aspect. The faculty out here is amazing.
