Placement and faculty members are nice.

Placements: There was 100% placement. In our batch, the lowest package was 2.5 LPA and the highest was 10 LPA. There was 100% recruitment in internships. You can get jobs in the IT sector, sales department, quality assurance, and research companies.

Infrastructure: The accommodation is excellent. The quality of living is excellent. There's everything one can ask for on the campus. The faculty members were great and very helpful. They guide you and help you if you are a student who wants to earn knowledge.

Faculty: Teaching quality is very nice. The infrastructure is great. The laboratories are well-equipped. The course curriculum is also nice and helpful. You can even request or complain about a change if you want in the curriculum and the sources teaching you.

Review of Amity University Noida UP.

Placements: A few students from the B.Tech. Biotech course have been placed but with average packages. The lowest package goes from 10 LPA to 15 LPA. Amity doesn't provide students with internships on campus during summer vacation. Students have to find internships on the basis of their own merit and connections.

Infrastructure: I haven't been a part of the hostel, but I've heard a lot of friends talking about the slow Internet connection and the non-availability of free canteen food. Amity infrastructure for our course is a bit dull, unlike other departments such as fashion tech and computer science.

Faculty: The faculty are good and are at least Ph.D. scholars. Faculty usually don't appear on time during sports events. The curriculum is good and exams are moderately difficult. A student must prepare on their own to ace these exams. The pass percentage is 40 percent.

Other: I chose this course because I developed a certain interest in 12th grade. I wish this course had a bit more lab work and involvement of all students in extracurricular as well as lab activities instead of picking out certain students to do so.

2022 has been productive but under pressure with 2 NTCC reports and a lot of courses.

Placements: Placement are good but biotech based companies are scarce. Well there are placements but mostly in the IT sector and biotechnology companies the salary isn't worth it. But as per the department more core companies are yet to come and there is an assurance the all pupils will be placed.

Infrastructure: All facilities provided, with Wi-Fi. Clean washroom and. B.Ed area. With viable curfew time and the cafeteria is also nice. Well you get to choose the type of room like (AC, non AC), laundry facility is provided the AC rooms are centrally air conditioned. And can be regulated.

Faculty: My departments academic side is very well. Planned and focused. Provides lot of specialisation subjects like cancer Biology Well they make you industry ready by organising seminars, online webinars. Where you can get an idea what you are up for, the semester exams vary. As in last year the paper was super easy. But this sem it was difficult. Pass percentage is 30 .

Other: I chose this course as biotechnology is a budding industry with a lot of opportunities. So here in amity, you get a chance to upgrade your course by choosing minor degree additionally as in (major degree is B.Tech biotechnology +minor in bioinformatics) you get 2 separate degrees which are helpful further in life.

Review of Amity University, Noida.

Placements: Around 80% of students get placement easily. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Around 60% of students got an internship. It supports you in every possible manner and guides you towards your future.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available within college premises, and the speed of Wi-Fi is also good. Labs, classrooms, and a library are regularly cleaned and maintained. The quality of food served in the college is also good, and they prepare different food on different days and special food on special occasions.

Faculty: All the teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is awesome, and they will definitely help you to clear your concepts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Exams are quite difficult.

Engineering in Biotechnology at Amity, Noida.

Placements: Around 85 to 90% of the students are placed among those who sit for placements. Zydus and Abbott are two of the top core companies and you can sit for placements with all engineering students which is nowhere related to the Branch and are provided by ATPC Amity Technical Placement Cell, so if you have skills and you can work hard you can really crack a good placement. The top roles offered were SDE, Software Engineer, Research Associate, Quality Assurance, Management roles etc. The highest package last year for this course was around 15 LPA and the average was around 4.5 to 5 LPA. This college provides internship opportunities students can work in the labs and many companies also visit for the internships and the students also get PPOs in companies like abroad Zydus and consulting companies many people also go and get internships in DRDO as well. In short, it's all about the efforts you put in.

Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure and hostel facilities at Amity doesn't compromise on this and the labs are highly equipped with all the instruments that are needed for the course call from different colleges also come to our genomics lab and all the biotech labs for their internships as well all of Amity is well-equipped with Wi-Fi which offers good internet speed as well, talking about the library I can bet that there is no better library in the north zone of India like Amity's library totally well furnished and whatever book you think of it's available there we also have a digital library that is an online library which can be accessed through the Amity ID from wherever you are. All classrooms are well-equipped with AC. Talking about the hostel it is very safe and secures there is patrolling going on at night inside the campus, hostel rules are very strict, and particular to time you can't move unnecessary out of the hostel. Amity hostels are divided into 2 categories AC and non-AC ticket basic amenities for your hostel room like study table, chair, wooden B.Ed with mattress, bedsheet, pillow cover, curtains, and a big separate Almirah laundry facility is also available for the hostellers. The hostel for the first-year students is different to avoid ragging and everything related to it. Although there is no ragging all throughout the campus seniors are very friendly. Miss availability is on a paid basis you can switch to different places available inside the campus you have to regularly pay for that for every meal but that is at a very convenient rate. The quality of the food is very nice. There is an Amity clinic with an ambulance available 24/7 for any emergency. Every sport is available at Amity.

Faculty: The teachers here are very helpful and to grab knowledge as much as you can from them as they are qualified most they hold PhD as well and teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is totally relevant and is totally inclined towards what the industry currently needs. The semester exams and leader to easy nor too hard but here students to get that if they are not serious the passing percentage is 90%.

Other: Being a bio student and wanting to pursue engineering this was one of the good options available. The best thing about this course is it is very much integrated with computers and stuff and biology as well and the future demand of biotechnology is day by day increasing. There is nothing as such that needs improvement. Kiran events happening every now and then in Amity you will never get bored if you are an extrovert, Think about fest there are many films happening also there but the biggest and the grandest fest is the Amity youth fest which is organized every year and students of many colleges come and participate and also come to just enjoy and chill there as well, Think about the campus crowd is sort of mixed like students of Engineering, MBA, and Law are much more inclined towards studies just because they are suppressed with lots of assignment and things to do, campus surrounding is also great like you have the highway just outside Amity and Amity also shares a common boundary with HCL office. There are scholarships available on a merit basis and if you don't get that during admission you can grab some if you come and top 5% of your batch in your branch. There are a lot of extracurricular activities available for the people who want to participate and they can never sit idle.

Math is not compulsory for BTech biotechnology in Amity university. At least 60 % of marks are required in class 12th.

Hey Ansh, there's no disadvantage for the placement for the evening batch students every this is same for the students except the timings for the lectures as there's no problem as being an evening batch student. you'll get the facilities as the students of morning shift gets.

Yes, you can. But, for that you have to pay some extra fees as through management quota only. This can be possible, and hence they charge you extra fees.

No, this is important for the admission process. That you have to give entrance exam and a personal interview for the admission. You can still apply for the entrance exam for the admission.

No, You cannot further proceed without appearing in AmityJEE But, there would be another entrance for you which you have to give and then you can proceed further. So, Please check on college site or you can make a call .
