Average opinion about the college.
Placements: Out of 11 students interested in placements, 3 have been successfully placed through campus placements. The highest package till now is 7.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course include BSES, Vanderlande, Schlumberger, Kirloskar Oil Engines, and LiuGong. 50 percent of students got internships through college support in companies like Dixon Technologies Ltd. and Nuremberg Ltd. Top roles offered include graduate engineer trainee and associate sales engineer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi does not work properly. Labs are well-equipped with all the necessary infrastructure and machines. Classrooms are a bit messy. The library is well-equipped with good infrastructure and books. I found the mess quite hygienic, but the taste of the food is not up to the mark. Sports facilities and grounds are average, with nothing special.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, though the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant and helps make students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy if you study well and difficult if you do not. All questions are asked from PPTs and topics taught in class, with nothing outside the syllabus. The pass percentage is 90 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in electrical subjects. The best thing about my course is that it provides detailed knowledge of electrical concepts. I wish the curriculum are more engaging through PPTs, animations, and reduced rote learning. There are many events and fests on campus, such as Amity Youth Fest. The campus crowd is good, and students are helpful, though opinions may vary. Connectivity is good, as the campus is located in a prime area of Noida and is surrounded by many offices.

Overall, it is a good college to get get good jobs.
Placements: Approximately 90% of students were placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA to 7 LPA, and the highest was 26 LPA. Top recruiters were TCS, Google, Microsoft, and many other companies. About 70%-80% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our department were good. Wi-Fi was available throughout campus, including the lab, library, and classrooms. Classrooms were always neat and clean. In the library, approximately all books are available. The quality of the food served in the mess and canteen was good. Medical facilities were also available, and sports were held every year.
Faculty: All teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All of our teachers had excellent teaching skills and taught us very well. Our course curriculum was relevant. It made students industry-ready. Semester exams were quite difficult. The pass percentage was 30%.
Other: I chose this course because I liked it. Events and festivals are held every year.

Yes for personality development, No for technical development.
Placements: Batch strength is good. We have most of the engineering courses offered. Companies comes from different domains for placement. We have different types of companies coming offering package from 3 Lacs to 20 Lacs. It is up to student to convert the opportunity.
Infrastructure: Amity do have one of the best infrastructure in the country giving students to develop skills in different fields. Library is huge with different domain books and web facilities. Hostel rooms are huge with mostly all facilities. Food quality is not good in canteen so would recommend to go out for food.
Faculty: Facility are mostly qualified for role. College do have attendance dependency to attend classes. But teachers mostly don't like teaching so avoid taking classes. But fortunately we have other resources to enhance our skills and develop ourselves. Self study is a must in Amity.
Other: Electrical and electronics is one of the best branches of engineering.

Amity School of Engineering and Technology Noida.

Amity University is a place to be in.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Packages offered are decent. Companies from the IT domain visit the campus more often. Other sectors do not see many companies visiting the college, so it is better to prepare for exams such as GATE and IES. A good start is given by other IT companies, though and students get decent exposure to the industry.
Infrastructure: The college has a great infrastructure. Classrooms are well designed. All amenities are available inside the campus. The library is great with escalators and cafe coffee day inside. It is an open campus with a lot of space to explore. All the sports facilities like shooting, athletics and swimming along with badminton and tennis are available.
Faculty: The college has average faculty members with not much great experience. Some are great, though. The course curriculum is up to date as per the latest technology and also complies with the global benchmarks. The process of selecting the subjects every semester is also very good, and students get the flexibility to choose their preferred subjects.
Other: The campus life is vibrant.

Placements are average, and the infrastructure is good.
Placements: Placements in our college are good, but one should not expect more from this college. Most of the companies that visit the campus are from the IT sector, and the minimum salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Some good core companies also visit the campus for placements, but they hire only a few students. The reason for this is our students are not of good standards.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is awesome. The college provides almost all the facilities. There is no need to worry about any study material and practical knowledge. Hostels are not worth the money spent. PGs available near our college are the best. The quality of the badminton court is very poor, but other sports facilities are good here.
Faculty: Some faculty members have the best knowledge, but some only have bookish knowledge. The course followed is useful, but the type of knowledge shared is not up to the mark and is not as per the industry demands. Summer internships are also available for all the students.

Review of Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University.
Placements: Placements in our college were good. Almost 90% of the eligible students got placed from our batch. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Maximum students got placed in the IT sector. Companies like Wipro, Aricent, Tech Mahindra, ETA Engineering, etc., visited our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The campus was fully enabled with Wi-Fi. There is a 5-star library, sports ground with all equipment facility. The quality of the food served was not up to the mark, but there are many food items like dominos, mama mia, subway, etc., which attracted us every time.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were very supportive. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Moreover, they knew the right technique to make a student study. We had our 3rd year project on industrial training. The mandatory training for 6 weeks was required to clear the exam.
Other: Events and fest organised in our very good.
