College is good if you can work hard, it can bring you a good amount of opportunities.
Placements: Placements are average, not very good, but you can get enough opportunities if you can skill up yourself. According to the college placement cell, the recent batch has the highest package offer, which is 21 LPA, and the average package is approximately 6.5 LPA, which is quite average. But you can get opportunities to grab.
Infrastructure: Facilities are above average. The infrastructure for CSE depth of 1st year is not good since there are no AC in classrooms, but some labs are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi speed is average, not up to the mark. The hostel is good, and the mess food is edible till now. The library is top class with good infrastructure, fully air-conditioned, and a wide range of books and newspapers are available.
Faculty: Since college is under AKTU, the curriculum is very old and outdated, and also the end semester exams are also conducted by the AKTU, so the exam centres are allocated other than your college, and the schedule is very bad, and for exam results you have to wait till the middle of the next sem.

A complete review of my college.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. The average package offered in CS allied branches ranges from 7-8 LPA with a good atmosphere for coding and competitive exams. Many good-level companies visit our campus to hire students. The placement cell is very supportive of its students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is what makes it stand above the rest. It has top-notch hostel facilities and good and spacious classrooms. The infrastructure stands at the top of the list. In our hostels, we have both AC hostel (ISH) and non-AC hostel (BH). Both the hostels have quality rooms.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and regular in terms of education and extracurricular activities. Exams are held every month (internals) and semester exams are conducted every 3 months. The exam atmosphere and competition are good for personal development and overall growth.

The college has a great infrastructure.
Placements: About 85% of the students got placed. The highest package is about 18 LPA, and the lowest is around 1.5 LPA. Students often opt for off-campus placements rather than on-campus. You have to do internships on your own. The college does not provide any internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: On campus, hostels are available, including both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned options. Veg foods are served in the mess, while non-veg foods are not on the menu. Sports facilities are also available on campus, providing great opportunities.
Faculty: The college teachers are very helpful and supportive. They are well-qualified and experienced. As this college is affiliated with AKTU, semester exams are conducted accordingly. Overall, the college experience is very good, with a green campus and good facilities.

College is overall good if you are a brilliant, but not for below-average students
Placements: 80% of students placed, an average package of 6 LPA and the lowest package of 3 LPA. Accenture, HCL, Cadence, Appleute, Infosys, TCS, Blinkit, Wipro, Cisco, etc. 30% of students got internships. Software engineer and web developer. Over 25 official societies and clubs offer students avenues to explore their interests.
Infrastructure: Everything was good, but classrooms are not fully equipped as AC is not provided by the college. The library is good, and there is a motivating environment for study. Sports and canteen facilities are available, but medical facilities are not. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and there is an auditorium and transport services available.
Faculty: Pass percentage is above 85%. There is no difficulty during exam times. The exams are challenging but manageable. Even the semester exams were difficult because they were conducted very rapidly. With a good strategy, time management, and consistency, you can easily crack the exams with high grades.
Other: Various society events are amazing.

JSS’s honest truth with all its upsides and downsides, so don’t miss it.
Placements: Honestly, if students are willing to put in their energy and hard work, they’ll find their way to the companies they want to work with. Talking about placement statistics, the average package is around 5-6 lacs per annum, but it really depends on your hard work, and the highest can go up to 40 lacs per annum or more. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Wipro, etc. Don’t hope for Google, Microsoft, etc. These are big giants and don’t visit my college. Top roles include product manager, DevOps, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms aren’t air-conditioned and are really suffocating in the summer. But the library is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is okay. The girls’ hostel is really good; it has both AC and non-AC rooms, the food is good and hygienic, and there are sports facilities. The labs have AC and are well-equipped.
Faculty: Teachers are really supportive and well-qualified at least most of them and the teaching quality is very good. Talking about the curriculum, it’s more than relevant. Students are prepared for the industry through various projects and programs conducted in the college. Semester exams are well-managed and conducted by AKTU, but they are held in another college, ABES, not in our own. The percentage of passing students is also really good.
Other: I chose this course because I had no other option, but looking at the brighter side, my course is really worth it. The best thing about my course is that it’s mostly tech-based and helps in developing problem-solving skills. I just wish it could be more practical, with industrial visits and all. There is only one fest hosted every year called Zealicon, and that’s it. The fest is not very exciting because it’s a tech fest.

Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022.

If you want lateral entry then there is exam conducted by AKTU University so you clear exam and get admission.

In the private college, no doubt that there is awesome study environment and there is lot more to do, but in the government college, placements is much better than any private college, and there you will get enough time to study and also to learn new skills that is more important in the CSE field.

I think yes, you can get into various engineering colleges under AKTU. There some colleges which are not able to fill all seats and so I think you have very good chances of getting CS but not in a good ranked college.

Both are good for placements for CS/IT. I can say more for JSS CS/IT compared to Galgotias. Few students in JSS CSE received 12 LPA package but average will be somewhere around 4 LPA.
