Life at AEC is not the one which we assumed in our dreams.
Placements: AEC is a best place to explore yourself. When it comes to placement Sharda group is ranked among the top most educational hub in North India. AEC provides campus placement in the top most companies like TCS, Wipro technologies, Airtel, HCL technologies Pvt LTD, hinduja global solutions, sun pharma Pvt LTD, ranbaxy, cipla, Shreya life sciences, Nestle India Pvt LTD, etc. But the labs are not updated the instruments and machines used are expired and they usually don't give accurate results. The number of students are decreasing year by year. The main reason behind this is the decreasing and lower degree of placement in the college. The companies came in this college only for hiring in the BPO.
Infrastructure: Anand Engineering College has a huge infrastructure. Very nice and excellent infrastructure, spacious ground, garden, well developed stadium, sports club, well developed gym, literature clubs, singing clubs etc. But the hostels are not in good quality, small rooms, very poor electric services, lack of safety. The quality of food is very poor. The balcony is not in good condition, the stairs also can collapse anytime. Lifts are not working properly. We can't roam anywhere freely in the college because of monkeys in the college. Many times we have been attacked by monkeys and snakes and all. Because the college lies in the land of Forest department.
Faculty: Course curriculum is according to the Uttar Pradesh technical University. The way of explaining things is not attractive and fascinating. The teachers also don't encourage us to do and discover new things. Also the academics are boring. We don't have time to indulge ourselves in exploring us and to do activities like dance poetry etc. Only because of the busy schedule of academics.
Other: Lack of personality development events, no Wi-Fi campus, surroundings are okay. But the management is not supportive, scholarship is provided only to SC and ST students.

Other: Awesome college, with the best faculty team, they are very serious about studies and the result. Best part of this campus is that they promote their students in every field along with studies. Biotech faculty are the best faculty. Campus placement is also available with good brands. Infrastructure is good. And it belongs to SGI. There are so many companies in which you can apply. I preferred this college as it helped students in any case. And the best part is that they interact one too one and take feedback regarding any problems.

Other: The best thing about the college is Training & Development faculties.They are very supportive.The placement cell is average. The maximum package offered is around Rs 3-4 lakhs p.a. and the average package is about Rs 1.8-2.6 Lakhs p.a.
Classes are interactive and tests are conducted on a regular basis.College is good for giving platform to co-curricular activities by various fests. College has all the facilities like dancing/singing classes,sports training,etc but they remain active just for few months.Canteen & stationary shop are very disappointing.
There are students from different parts of the country.Although,the campus is ragging free but in hostel their is huge discrimination for juniors.Hostel is not a better place for girls as hosteler girls cant even go outside the college campus without taking permission from several authorities while boys can do any crime at any time.
For me girls hostel life is torturous and I am just going to complete my imprisonment of 4 year.
