All the latest updates regarding Andhra University College of Engineering admissions are as follows:

The AP EAPCET 2026 registration last date has been extended to Mar 24, 2026, (without a late fee) for admission to the BTech and BPharma courses. The BTech exams are scheduled for May 12 to May 15, and on May 18, 2026, followed by the BPharma exam on May 19 and May 20, 2026.
The NATA 2026 registrations are now open for admission to the BArch course. The NATA Phase 1 exam 2026 will be held from Apr 4 to Jun 13, 2026, and the Phase 2 exam will take place on Aug 7 and Aug 8, 2026.
The AP ICET 2026 application window will now remain active until Mar 23, 2026, without a late fee for admission to the MBA/PGDM course. Further, the AP ICET exam 2026 will be held on May 2, 2026.
The XAT 2026 result is out for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Students need to log in to the official XAT portal to access and download their scorecard.
The GATE 2026 result has been announced for admission to the ME/MTech and PhD courses. The GATE 2026 counselling is expected to start soon.

Andhra University College is a very good college.

Placements: In Andhra University college above 60 percent of students are being placed in campus placements. The average package is 4 LPA. Our college placements are very well mannered. Many companies from Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad are coming for campus placements.

Infrastructure: Andhra University College infrastructure is far better than that of any other college in the city. Hostels are average. Hostel food is very nice and the college has its seperate play ground. The students are very well mannered in the college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are very difficult. The pass percentage is below 60 percent in our college for the semester examination and there is something in our college.

Placements: I am Sanju. I got a percentage of 7.5 in college. My college name is Andhra University. The highest package of the year is 24 LPA. I am a passout of the year 2025. It is a very good college for students. I take the M.Tech course at Andhra University. Andhra University is the best in Vishakaptnam.

Infrastructure: Andhra University College facilities and infrastructure available for the course/department are very good and friendly. Classrooms and the library are very good in the college. The college hostels are also good for students. Food quality is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. M.Tech is the best course I have taken in college. It's useful in my life because the teaching quality is very good and excellent when teaching the lessons to students. I am in all semesters for the first time.

Other: The M.Tech course is the best course and I am interested in that course, that's why I took that course.

College is good with good infrastructure and facilities. Hostel is not good, especially the food.

Placements: 70 percent of students get placements. The average package offered is 3 LPA. TCS hires students from the college. 50 percent of students got internships in VLSI, IoT courses, and learn many things. It is helpful for jobs in our companies. The top role offered by TCS is a software developer, and the core jobs are just 1 or 2.

Infrastructure: There are no good facilities, and they are average. The hostel is too bad. The food is not good. There is no good maintenance of the hostel. I think sports and games are not good at Andhra University. The canteen is okay. The library is also good. There are libraries in Andhra University.

Faculty: Teachers quality of teaching is okay. The course curriculum is good. Semester exams are not too hard. Almost 90 percent of students pass in my section, but in some sections, only 60 percent of students pass. Andhra University has good teaching staff members. The course curriculum is also good.

Other: I am very interested in electronics and communication engineering, so I chose this course. I wish the placement percentage should be increased. The campus is good.

Placements: I do not know the exact percentage of placements but medium average size packages are the most placed. This year Reliance Is the top recruiter with the highest 9 LPA. The placements provided are mostly irrelevant to the course. Overall not bad.

Infrastructure: Still lags in the ways of management with little to no improvement in recent years. Infrastructure is poor. We do not have classroom with good ventilation. They are not cleaned properly. Outsiders or animals like dogs cats often coming to class at times. Labs are the best part .

Faculty: All most all use PPT to take classes. Curriculum is very good though. Pass percentage is high. Professors are good but they just give jests of the topics or just read the PPT. Assignments are given mid exams are counted twice in semister.

Other: I choose this course because I like the subject. Campus Life is good. Lots of events are initiated and conducted by students. Clubs, gymnasium is also there.

Totally, I would rate my college review as between average and above average for all facilities.

Placements: Above 7.0 CGPA above 7.0 are placed. The lowest package is 30K per month, and the highest package is 165,000 placed by the instrumentation course. The top companies are Reliance, JSW, L&T, and many more. Above 60/70% of students are selected for internships by various companies.

Infrastructure: In my college (B.Tech instrumentation course), the facilities and infrastructure are good, but the library is not open. If we want to read a book, we have to ask the HOD to open the library. This is not good for me. The mess (food) is below average, medical facilities are okay, and in the canteen, some snacks are at a high cost, but overall, the canteen is at a reasonable price. The major drawback is that there is heavy support for students who are interested in sports and games.

Faculty: Lectures are okay for some subjects, and the core subjects' professors are excellent. The curriculum is average and not good for being industry-ready because some lab equipment is not working properly. Some lectures teach exactly from the syllabus and use old books for knowledge, not talking about present technology. It is okay because the professors cover the whole syllabus. Very few lectures are missed sometimes to cover the entire syllabus.

Other: I am studying at Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam. The course is B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering.
