Prof.Chaithra S is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology, with 7 years of teaching experience. Her areas of expertise include Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Visualization. She has hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and popular machine learning and data science libraries. She has completed certifications in Data Science – Predictive Modeling with Python and Microsoft Power BI Desktop for Business Intelligence. She has participated in several FDPs, workshops, technical events, and industry initiatives, and has served as a mentor for Smart India Hackathon 2023 and KSHITHIJ 2024 at IIT Kharagpur. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Neural Networks, and Data-driven Decision Making.
